Marketing PipelineNUOVO
- Decomposed score: fit + engagement + intent, each one explainable
- Real origin by UTM, with the first touch frozen (nothing lost at conversion)
- Funnel over time + stage journey with time-in-stage
- Blog on your own domain, verified via DNS
A score that decays on its own: a cooling lead loses engagement/intent points; fit, being stable, does not decay
First-touch attribution: when an anonymous visitor submits a form, the original source is linked to them automatically
Unified preference center that stamps your privacy policy version on every consent (proof for GDPR/LGPD/CCPA)
Versioned journeys: publish an immutable snapshot of a flow and restore it anytime
A score you understand
Where the lead truly came from
The system captures the five origin parameters (UTM) and freezes the first touch. So even if the person comes back through another path and only later fills a form, you still know which campaign actually brought that lead. It is multi-touch attribution with no spreadsheet.
Funnel and journey over time
Each stage advance (new → nurturing → MQL → SQL → converted) becomes a milestone in the journey, with the time the lead spent in each stage. You see the funnel over time: how many reached each stage, the conversion between stages and where they stall.
Consent and blog your way
The preference center brings categories and unsubscribe into one place, with the policy version stamped for compliance. And your blog can run on your own domain (blog.yourcompany.com), verified by a DNS record, without switching tools.
Do I need to turn anything on?
Yes, it is opt-in per company: under Settings, Marketing Pipeline, you enable the module. While it is off, nothing changes in the system.
How does the score heat up and cool down?
Fit (profile) is stable. Engagement and intent rise with interactions and decay over time if the person goes quiet, so an idle lead cools on its own.
Does the UTM origin disappear when the lead converts?
No. The first touch is frozen. Even if the person returns through another path, the original campaign stays attributed to them.
Can I use my own domain for the blog?
Yes. You register the domain, add a TXT record to your DNS and click Verify; the blog is then served on your domain.
Are marketing contacts limited?
Each plan includes an allowance of marketing contacts per tier. Overage is only billed if you authorize it; otherwise the system just warns and stops at the limit.
