Call ScriptsNUOVO
Every sales team has an opener that works, three qualification questions that separate the curious from the buyer, and good answers to the usual objections. Almost always, that lives in the heads of two or three people. SellioCRM Call scripts keep those scripts in Settings, Call scripts, in a single library for the organization, and show them in the Calls panel of a contact or lead, ready to read at the moment the call happens. Whoever manages settings creates, edits and deletes; everyone consults. A rep who starts on Monday already calls with the same text as the whole team, and when the script improves, it improves for everyone at once.
- An organization-wide library of scripts, with a name and free text up to 8,000 characters, in alphabetical order
- They appear in the Calls panel of contacts and leads, in a selector, to read during the call
- One script per situation: opener, inbound lead follow-up, reactivation, price objection
- Creating, editing and deleting belongs to settings managers; reading belongs to the whole team
- Pairs with activity cadences: the cadence says when to call, the script says what to say
Gratis in Sellio, paghi solo la macchina
Call scripts are part of the free SellioCRM: create as many scripts as you need, as long as your account's infrastructure usage always stays under US$ 20 a month.
A standard from day one
New hires call with the same text as the team, instead of repeating what they overheard in the hallway.
Improvements that spread
Listened to recordings and found a better line? Edit the script and everyone uses the new version on their next call.
Less improvising, better qualification
The right questions, in the right order, asked on every call, produce more complete records and more honest forecasts.
Objections with ready answers
The answers the team considers good are written down and available the moment the objection comes up.
In the flow of work
The script is in the record's Calls panel, next to the history, not in a folder nobody remembers.
The script sits where the call starts, in the record's Calls panel, not in a document in another tool
A single version for the whole organization: editing replaces the text for everyone instantly, with no stale copies
Free text with line breaks, to separate literal lines from guidance and list the questions in the order they should be asked
Zero setup: create and save, and the script is already there for the team
Write once, use always
In Settings, Call scripts, click New script, give it a name that describes the situation, such as Prospecting opener, and write the full script in the Script field. The field is free-form, takes long text and line breaks. On save, the script joins the list in alphabetical order, and Edit swaps the text for the whole organization.
Where the call happens
Scripts appear in the Calls panel of a contact or lead. Before dialing, the person picks the script from a selector and reads it right there, next to the call history and the record. No need to open another tab or hunt for the right document.
One script per situation
The opener, the follow-up for someone who downloaded content, reactivating a dormant customer and the price objection each deserve their own entry. Write the questions in the order they should be asked and make clear what is a literal line and what is guidance, for example on their own lines.
Governed, without bureaucracy
Creating, editing and deleting requires permission to manage the organization's settings; reading is available to anyone who opens the page or the Calls panel. Deleting asks for confirmation and removes the script for the whole organization, without passing through the Trash, so prefer editing while the text is still useful.
- 1
Open Settings and, under the Channels and communication category, go to Call scripts.
- 2
Click New script and give it a name that describes the situation.
- 3
Write the full script in the Script field, with the questions in order and guidance on separate lines.
- 4
Save. The script appears in the list in alphabetical order.
- 5
When it is time to call, open the Calls panel of the contact or lead, pick the script from the selector and run the conversation.
Prospezione in uscita
The Prospecting opener script holds the opening line and the three qualification questions. The cadence fires the call task; the rep opens the Calls panel, picks the script and dials.
Inbound lead follow-up
A dedicated script for someone who downloaded content, referencing the piece and asking a context question before any offer.
Price objection
The answers that worked, in order of preference, with guidance on when to escalate to the manager.
Reactivating a dormant customer
A short script for accounts with no contact for months: reason for reaching out, an open question and a proposed next step.
Where does the script show up when I call?
In the Calls panel of the contact or lead, in a selector with the organization's scripts. The person picks the script and reads it right there, next to the call history.
Does the script change by itself based on the deal stage?
No. Scripts are a library of texts the person chooses from. For situation-specific scripts, create one per situation and name it clearly.
Who can create and edit?
Whoever manages the organization's settings. Other users read the scripts on the page and in the Calls panel.
Does deleting go to the Trash?
No. Deleting asks for confirmation and permanently removes the script for the whole organization. Prefer editing while the text is still useful.
Can I put customer data in the script?
Avoid it. The text is visible to anyone who opens the page or the panel. Write generic lines and guidance; the customer's data is already on the record next to it.
