Native TelephonyNUOVO
The phone call is the richest customer interaction and the one that least makes it into the CRM: it happens on someone's phone and becomes, at best, a two-line note. SellioCRM Telephony brings the call inside the record. Click-to-call rings your phone and connects you to the contact; the softphone lets you talk straight from the browser, with a headset, and receive calls that pass through an IVR menu and queues with agent presence. Every call is logged as an activity on the contact, with duration, recording and, if you want, a text transcript. And it all runs on your own voice account, in the bring-your-own model.
- Click-to-call from any record with a phone number, on desktop and in the app
- Browser softphone to make and receive calls, with agent presence
- IVR menu by digit, queues and ring-groups with ring-all or round-robin strategy
- Call recording and speech-to-text transcription, with the call script on screen
- Every call becomes an activity on the record, with direction, duration and recording link
Gratis in Sellio, paghi solo la macchina
Telephony is in the free plan, within infrastructure usage under US$ 20 a month; voice minutes and transcription run on your own provider account.
Every call in the customer's history
Direction, duration, recording and transcript on the record, without relying on someone to write it up later.
Inbound support without a PBX
IVR, queues and agent presence configured on screen, ringing in the browser of whoever is available.
Dialing without leaving the CRM
Call now on the record, on desktop or in the app, with the call script alongside.
Coaching based on what was said
Listen to the recording or read the call transcript straight from the record.
Your account, your rate
Bring-your-own model: you negotiate with and pay the provider directly, and the CRM only orchestrates.
Calls are placed and billed on your own voice provider account; the CRM neither brokers minutes nor hides the rate
Inert by construction: without voice credentials the dialer shows disabled with a notice and nothing breaks; with them, everything turns on without another install
Status, recording and inbound webhooks verify the provider's signature; an unsigned call is rejected
The script registered in Settings appears next to the dialer, outside the dialing panel, because it is read during the call rather than before it
One-click calling, two ways
With click-to-call, the CRM rings your phone first; when you answer, it connects the call to the contact's number and starts recording. With the softphone, the floating dialer registers your browser and the conversation happens right there, with a headset. Either way, when you hang up, duration and recording land on the record by themselves.
Receiving calls like a call center
Whoever dials your number lands in an IVR menu with a greeting and digit options, each pointing to a queue. The queue rings the softphone of available agents, with ring-all or round-robin strategy and a configurable ring time, and a fallback queue catches anyone who picks nothing. Presence belongs to the agent: available or not, with one click.
What was said, in writing
A recorded call can be transcribed with the Transcribe button or automatically when the recording arrives. The speech-to-text provider is yours (Whisper, Deepgram, AssemblyAI or a generic endpoint), the key is encrypted on the server and never shown back. The transcript stays in the record's calls panel.
Configuration in one place
In Settings, under Telephony, you pick the voice provider, enable the softphone, enter credentials, copy the webhook URLs into the provider's console, build queues with members and design the IVR menu. GoTo becomes available as a click-to-call provider as soon as the account is connected in Integrations.
- 1
Connect your voice provider account in Integrations and enter a voice-enabled number.
- 2
In Settings, under Telephony, choose the provider, enable the softphone and register credentials and webhook URLs.
- 3
Build queues with their members and ring strategy, and design the IVR menu with digit options.
- 4
On records, use Call now for click-to-call or talk through the softphone; to receive calls, set yourself as available.
- 5
When done, play the recording, click Transcribe or turn on automatic transcription, and review everything on the record.
Inside sales team
Opens the lead, clicks Call now, talks from the browser with the script on screen, and the recorded call stays on the lead.
A small support desk
The main number lands in the IVR (1 for sales, 2 for support), each option rings the right queue and only available agents receive.
A manager reviewing calls
Opens the contact's calls panel, listens to the recording and reads the transcript to give feedback.
A field rep on the phone
In the app, click-to-call rings their phone and connects to the contact; the call lands on the record just like on the web.
Which account do I need for telephony?
An account with the voice provider, the same one used for SMS and WhatsApp, with a voice-enabled number. Without it, the feature stays inert and says so.
What is the difference between click-to-call and the softphone?
Click-to-call rings your phone and then connects to the contact. The softphone makes and receives calls inside the browser, with a headset, and is what rings in inbound queues.
Where is the recording stored?
Hosted on your provider account; the record keeps the link and the calls panel plays the audio.
Does transcription cost anything?
It runs on your speech-to-text provider, with your key, and is billed by them on your account. The CRM only sends the recording and stores the text.
Does it work in the app?
Yes, click-to-call is on the record screen in the iOS and Android app; the browser softphone is a desktop feature.
