Suppliers and SRM新着

Suppliers usually live in a tax record and an email inbox: nobody knows whether one is qualified, when the qualification expires, which quote was cheapest or where the delivery is. SellioCRM treats the supplier as a relationship. The Vendors object stores type, criticality, lifecycle status and a homologation stage running from registration request to periodic reassessment. Qualification goes through your own approval chain, the RFQ compares quotes by price and lead time, and Third-party risk consolidates dimensions into a score. And the Supplier portal gives each supplier its own page, with your company's logo, where it sees only its own purchase orders and contracts, reports progress and talks to your team.

  • Vendors object: type, criticality, status, homologation stage and qualification validity
  • Qualification through the approval chain you define, with automatic return to reassessment
  • RFQ: requests for quotes with ranking by price and lead time and a recorded decision
  • Third-party risk by dimension, consolidated score, criticality and formal acceptance
  • Supplier portal via signed link: orders, contracts, progress updates and a conversation with the team

Vendors, qualification, RFQ, risk and the portal are part of the free plan: they apply as long as your company's infrastructure usage always stays under US$ 20 a month.

メリット

Know who is qualified, and until when

Homologation stage and qualification validity on the record, with automatic reassessment on expiry.

Buy by comparison, not by memory

The RFQ puts quotes side by side, flags best price and best lead time and records the decision.

Risk visible before the incident

Score per dimension, criticality and a dashboard showing how many third parties are critical, high risk or due for reassessment.

Fewer emails asking about the delivery

The supplier reports progress in the portal and your team is notified, with its message on the order itself.

Banking details away from those who do not need them

A sensitive compartment accessible only to Administrator, Finance and DPO.

Sellioが選ばれる理由

Progress reported by the supplier is stored as a supplier status separate from your team's internal status, so nobody overwrites anybody

Banking and tax details sit in a sensitive compartment that only Administrator, Finance and DPO roles can view or edit

An approved qualification gets an expiry date and, when it lapses, the supplier automatically returns to Under reassessment without anyone having to remember

Reassessing the same third party updates its profile instead of creating another, and risk acceptance goes through the approval chain when a policy exists

A record that says where the relationship stands

Each vendor has a type (product supplier, service supplier, recurring or one-off provider, manufacturer, distributor), a criticality from strategic to exempt, a status from registered to terminated, and a homologation stage: registration request, screening, documentation, due diligence, technical and commercial review, approval, contract, qualified, active and periodic reassessment. Contact, tax ID, country, segment and relationship start date come along.

Qualifying is approving, and approving already exists

Requesting qualification triggers the approval chain you configured (finance, legal, compliance, as many levels as you want). Once approved, the vendor becomes Qualified with a twelve-month validity. When it expires, it automatically returns to Under reassessment. There is no second approval engine to learn.

Buying better: RFQ and risk

In the RFQ you create the request with a title and product and record each supplier's quote with price and lead time in days; the system ranks them and highlights best price and best lead time, and on decision marks the winner and declines the rest. Third-party risk scores dimensions such as operational, financial, legal, information security and continuity, each from 0 to 100, and consolidates them into a score with low, medium, high or critical criticality.

The portal the supplier actually works in

On the Suppliers screen, Copy portal link generates a signed address, with no login, unique to that supplier and your company. There it sees its purchase orders and contracts, reports progress (pending, confirmed, in production, dispatched, delivered) with a message, and talks to your team. The portal speaks 10 languages and shows your logo. Revoke access invalidates the link immediately.

仕組み
  1. 1

Register the supplier in the Vendors object with type, criticality, contact and tax ID.

  2. 2

Request qualification and follow the stage through to Qualified; the approval chain is the one you already configured.

  3. 3

Record purchase orders and contracts and, on the Suppliers screen, copy the portal link to send to the supplier.

  4. 4

Request quotes through the RFQ when buying and assess Third-party risk in the Partners console.

  5. 5

Receive progress updates and messages the supplier sends through the portal on the order, and revoke access whenever needed.

活用事例

Onboarding a critical supplier

Register it with strategic criticality, request qualification and let finance and legal approve in the chain; the supplier comes out qualified with a validity date.

Quoting a purchase across three suppliers

Create the RFQ, record the three quotes and pick the winner with the price and lead-time ranking on screen.

Tracking a late delivery

The supplier marks it dispatched in the portal with the tracking code in the message, and the team sees it on the purchase order.

Year-end third-party audit

The Third-party risk dashboard lists who is due for reassessment; reassessing updates the profile and formal acceptance goes through approval.

よくある質問
Does the supplier need to create an account?

No. The portal opens through a signed link unique to that supplier and your company. Treat the link like a password and revoke access to generate a new one.

Can the supplier change my order's status?

No. Its update is stored as a supplier status and a message, separate from the internal status only your team controls.

Who can see the supplier's banking details?

Only those with finance permission: Administrator, Finance or DPO. For everyone else the compartment does not even appear.

Does qualification use its own approval engine?

No. It reuses the CRM's approval chain, with the levels and roles you already defined for other approvals.

Do you check sanctions lists?

No. Sanctions screening and external registry or tax verification depend on a paid provider and are not included.
