Field service

When the work happens on the street, coordinating technicians and work orders becomes the heart of the operation. Field service lets you schedule the orders, dispatch the right technician to each one, and track everything on a dispatch board, who’s on the way, who’s in service, and what’s still to be assigned. That way the field team’s schedule stops living in message groups and gains a single, visible place.

  • Schedule work orders with a date and an owner.
  • Dispatch the right technician to each service.
  • A dispatch board with the view of who goes where and when.
  • A field job opened straight from the ticket: property and technician chosen in the conversation, equipment suggested by the asset's serial number, and a visit booked from the console shows up on dispatch.

Why Sellio
✓

A central dispatch board: the entire field operation in one place.

✓

From scheduling to service: the work order follows the technician to the end.

✓

Tied to the customer: each order stays in the served customer’s history.

The field operation on one board

Instead of coordinating technicians by message and spreadsheet, you see everything on the dispatch board: the day’s orders, who’s allocated, and what’s left. The field schedule gains clarity and the team knows exactly where to go.

The right technician on the right order

You dispatch each order to the right professional, considering their schedule. The service comes out organized, the customer is notified, and the order history is recorded in the CRM.

From ticket to field job, without leaving the conversation

With the field service vertical on, the agent opens the work order from inside the ticket: picks the customer's property (the visit address, which the ticket does not know) and the technician, and the ticket's subject, description and priority become the job's problem and urgency. If the ticket has an asset with a serial number, the property's equipment with the same serial is suggested, and the screen says it was matched by serial; a serial that matches more than one unit is never guessed. A visit booked from the console lands on the dispatch board, with a visit number and an arrival window, and a draft job moves to scheduled so dispatch can see it; an optional reminder goes on the calendar for the visit date. The way back is live: inside the ticket, the agent sees the work phase in one word (scheduled, in the field, waiting, done, not completed, canceled), the next visit, the technician and an overdue warning when the window has started and nobody has left, without opening the dispatch screen. When the field completes, cannot complete or cancels, the ticket owner gets a notice in their language with a link to the case; every other change stays visible without interrupting anyone. The ticket never closes on its own: confirming with the customer and resolving is a person's decision. Two simultaneous clicks do not open two jobs, and a job the technician already opened in the vertical can be linked to the ticket that came in later.

How it works
  1. 1

Create the work order from the customer request.

  2. 2

Schedule a date and pick the responsible technician.

  3. 3

Dispatch from the board and track progress.

  4. 4

Close the order and the history stays on the customer.

Use cases

A scheduled installation

You create the order, pick the technician with a free schedule, and dispatch it, all visible on the day’s board.

A maintenance request

A customer request becomes a work order, is dispatched to the right technician, and the customer is notified of the time.
