Telephony (voice/SMS) and data enrichment are BYO, you connect your own account (GoTo, Twilio, Leads2b…) and pay the provider directly, at no cost to us. AI credits beyond what's included count as metered usage. That way no plan ever costs us more than the revenue it generates.
