SaaS vertical · overview
The SaaS vertical adapts SellioCRM to a subscription business: accounts with a hierarchy and a consolidated snapshot, renewal as a pipeline of its own with GRR and NRR, explainable account health, and a revenue leak queue. It is optional and ships turned off. An administrator turns it on in Settings, under Verticals, or with the Turn on SaaS button on the screen itself.
Field ServicesField Services · vertical overview and map of the tabs
The Field Services vertical adapts SellioCRM to businesses that send a technician out to the customer: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, installation, roofing and building maintenance. The center of gravity moves from the opportunity to Customer, Property, Equipment, and the unit of work becomes the job with its visits. It all lives on a single screen with eleven tabs, and it is optional: until you turn it on, nothing changes in your CRM.
AgribusinessAgribusiness · vertical overview
The Agribusiness vertical adapts SellioCRM to the cycle of an input retailer, a cooperative or a trading company: the crop season becomes the dimension that organizes the work, the grower becomes the center of the relationship, the field carries the planting plan, and the sale runs through quotes, credit, barter, grain contracts and traceability. It is optional and ships turned off: an administrator has to enable it under Settings · Verticals. This page is the map of the twenty tabs on the Agribusiness screen and explains the order to use them in.
LegalLegal · overview of the law firm module
The Legal vertical turns SellioCRM into a law firm's system: every matter sits behind an ethical wall that only assigned people cross, the conflict check sweeps the entire firm before you take on a case and returns metadata only, deadlines are counted against the holidays of the jurisdiction, fees are calculated by arrangement, and client money lives in a trust account that can never go negative. It is optional and ships turned off.
NonprofitNonprofit · vertical overview
The Nonprofit vertical adapts SellioCRM to an organization that raises money and serves people: the same person can be a donor, a volunteer and a board member without becoming three records, a gift to a restricted fund never pays for anything else, the receipt deducts only what exceeds the benefit the donor received, and the people you serve sit behind a wall that separates their data from donor data. It is optional and ships turned off: an administrator has to turn it on under Settings · Verticals.
ManufacturingManufacturing · overview of the industrial vertical
The Manufacturing vertical turns SellioCRM into the commercial front end of an industrial company: accounts with plants and distribution centers, product configuration checked against rules, quotes with frozen pricing, orders handed off to the ERP, mirrored availability, and the whole aftermarket (installed base, warranty, parts, service contracts, returns, quality and CAPA). It ships turned off and changes absolutely nothing until an administrator enables it. Cost and margin appear only to people who have permission.
Retail & E-commerceRetail and e-commerce: identity, orders, journeys, returns and risk
The retail module turns SellioCRM into the customer layer above your store: it reconnects anonymous browsing to the person who finally logs in, mirrors orders and inventory from your platform without ever pretending to own them, builds segments and journeys, runs coupons, recommendations, reviews, referrals and subscriptions, and treats a return as an offer rather than an obstacle. It is not an e-commerce platform: it never runs your checkout and never becomes the system of record for a sale. Optional and off until an admin turns it on.
HospitalityHospitality · vertical overview
The Hospitality vertical turns SellioCRM into the commercial hub of a hotel, resort, event venue or tour operator: one profile per guest, bookings with a deadline, groups, events with a frozen banquet event order, three-tier quotes, channel commission, tours with a manifest and a read on demand along both axes. It is optional, starts turned off, and it does not replace your property management system.
EducationEducation: admissions profiles by subsegment and a ready-made admissions pipeline
The Education vertical turns SellioCRM into a CRM for schools, universities, EdTechs and corporate education: you pick your subsegment profile in a wizard and the system creates the admissions pipeline of that journey, from inquiry to enrollment, on the same pipeline engine of the CRM. Optional and off until an administrator activates it.
AutomotiveAutomotive · overview of the dealership operation
The Automotive vertical turns SellioCRM into the operating dashboard of a dealership or used car lot: stores with their own profile, vehicle inventory with VIN, a reservation that keeps the same car from being sold twice, test drives, a radar for leads past their first-contact window, and the desking screen that works out the monthly payment. It is optional and ships turned off: an administrator has to enable it under Settings, Verticals.
Real EstateReal Estate · vertical overview and map of the 22 screens
The Real Estate vertical turns SellioCRM into a sales and inventory system for developers, builders and land subdividers. It covers the whole journey: development, units and lots, sales mirror, proposal simulation, reservation, credit, contract, sale, commission, mortgage transfer, inspection, keys, construction progress, rescission and the client and broker portals. It is optional and only appears once an administrator enables it.
HealthHealth · vertical overview
The Health vertical turns SellioCRM into the administrative system of a clinic, practice, lab or network: patient records, schedule, provider directory, eligibility, authorizations, service, recall and analytics. That is nine screens under the Health menu plus two external portals. It is administrative by design and is never a clinical chart. It stays off until an administrator enables it.
Financial servicesFinancial services · vertical overview and map of the eight screens
The Financial services vertical adapts SellioCRM for banks, credit unions, insurers, asset managers, brokerages and fintechs. It replaces the flat contact with a graph of parties, puts an onboarding case with a checklist in front of any product, runs identity and sanctions checks through market providers, and seals every regulated decision into an immutable trail. It is optional: until an administrator enables it, nothing changes in your CRM.
MarketingCommunication categories: label, description and per-contact preference
Categories sort your marketing email by topic so a contact can choose what to keep receiving instead of opting out of everything. You set the label and the description of each category, pick the category when you build the campaign, and the contact turns each one on or off in the preference center.
ConfigurationAuto-numbering field and the Opportunity number
Create a field that generates a sequential code on its own for every new record, in whatever format you want: fixed text, year, month, day and a counter. Every opportunity already ships with a ready-made Opportunity number.
SetupPipeline stage colors
Give every stage in the pipeline whatever color you want: automatic, a theme color, or a custom hex shade. The color paints the column header on the Board and the pipeline preview on the Pipelines screen, so progress reads at a glance.
AccountEmail confirmation and the 72-hour deadline
When you create an account, you must confirm your email within 72 hours. We send the link right away plus reminders every 12 hours; accounts not confirmed in time are deleted automatically.
SetupCompany group (multi-entity): structure, branding, sharing and consolidated view
Run several legal companies in a single workspace: build the group hierarchy, give each company its own branding, share records between them with control, see the parent and subsidiary map, and analyze everything consolidated without double counting.
SalesABM and target accounts: ICP, prioritization, account journey and buying committee
Let the CRM learn your ideal customer from won deals, prioritize target accounts by potential, show the journey of every contact in an account, and map the buying committee influence so you know where to focus.
AdministrationAdvanced controls · incident response, AI cap and per-key API limit
Brings together the admin actions for critical moments and for keeping spend in check: force a password change across the whole organization, sign out of all your own sessions, set a monthly AI credit per person or role, and cap the requests each API key can make.
SalesProduct catalog: setup, pricing, margin and recurring revenue
Register products and services with all their commercial data, build price lists by region, segment or channel, see the margin on every deal, and track revenue and churn by product.
MarketingContact marketing activity and behavioral tracking
Every email open and click, form submission and consent change is recorded on the contact. See the marketing timeline, the campaigns and the consent history right on the record, and opt in to tracking of the pages people visit.
PlatformInterface guide: where everything is (shortcuts and new paths)
The interface was redesigned to be cleaner and faster. This guide shows the new paths: the command palette (⌘K), the "More" menu that groups secondary actions, the tabs on a record screen, filters as removable chips, and search inside Settings.
PlatformPublic status page and publishing incidents
The status page (status.selliocrm.com) shows the public the health of each product component, the last 90 days of uptime and the incident history. An automatic monitor checks the components every few minutes and the operator publishes incidents and maintenance windows. Visitors can subscribe to updates by email.
SalesConversations: unified contact timeline with AI summary
On a contact or lead, the Conversations panel brings everything that happened with that person into a single timeline: WhatsApp and SMS messages, live chat, emails, calls, meetings and notes. It is grouped by day, and each day can get a short AI-generated summary with the highlights and the next step.
SettingsSending domain: send emails from your own domain
By default, marketing emails go out from a platform sender. You can register your own verified domain so campaigns come from your address, like acme.com. Just publish a few DNS records and set the sender.
MarketingEmail in each recipient language, and translating with AI
The CRM sends email in the language of each person, not the language of whoever pressed send. In campaigns, sequences and flows you write the content in one primary language, add variants in the other ten system languages, and can translate them all in one click with artificial intelligence.
SettingsCurrency conversion in the pipeline and daily automatic rates
When your deals use different currencies, the CRM converts every value to your organization's base currency before adding them up, across the board and funnel, the dashboard, the forecast and reports. Rates refresh on their own once a day, and you can pin a manual rate whenever you want.
SettingsPer-record currency symbol: the Amount follows a Currency field
A value (currency) field can show its symbol based on a currency picker on the record itself, instead of always using the organization currency. It works for any object: on a Sales order, for example, the Amount field can follow a Currency field with options like USD, EUR, BRL, MXN. It's pure configuration, no code.
Daily useRecord QR code · open it on your phone by scanning
Any record can produce a QR code that points to its address. Scan it with your phone camera and the record opens right up in the system. Use it to tie a physical item to its file: print the code and stick it on the machine, the shelf, the folder or the equipment label.
SalesCustomer invoices: issue, receive payments and chase overdue
Issue invoices to your customers from an accepted quote or manually, record incoming payments and track what is receivable and what is overdue. Each payment updates the invoice balance and status automatically.
Artificial IntelligenceGenerate charts and reports with AI, and ask your data
Describe the chart or the report you want in plain language and AI builds the finished artifact, always validated against the real catalog of objects and fields in your organization. You can also ask your data a question and get the answer with the numbers, without saving anything.
Artificial IntelligenceExtract data from documents with AI (OCR)
The AI reads the image of an invoice, receipt or bill and extracts the structured fields (vendor, date, total, currency, document number and line items). Attach the image to a record and click Extract data (AI); the result shows up in a readable panel with a button to copy the JSON.
AdministrationSandbox · testing changes in a copy of your organization
A sandbox is a complete, non-billable copy of an organization, created so you can experiment with objects, fields and automations without risk. When you are done, a change set lets you publish only what you choose to production. Creating and publishing are done by the SellioCRM team, not from the Settings screen.
Account & planHow to change the platform language
The platform speaks ten languages. Switch from the selector at the bottom of the sidebar, on the login screen (before signing in), or in My account. Your choice is saved to your account and applies on any device.
AutomationsGet quote reminders on WhatsApp
Be notified on your own WhatsApp when a quote reaches its deadline (valid until). Two steps: add your phone to your profile, then build a Quote-by-deadline automation with the Send WhatsApp to owner action.
MarketingMarketing asset library (images, PDFs, links)
The library keeps in one place the images, PDFs, videos, documents and links you use in emails, landing pages and proposals, organized in folders and tags. You upload the file, the CRM stores it safely and hands you back a URL ready to paste anywhere.
MarketingA/B tests in a campaign: variants, winner and comparison
On any message step of a campaign flow (email, WhatsApp or SMS) you can test 2 to 5 variants, each with its own subject, body and call to action. The CRM splits leads in a stable way, compares open rate and reply rate per variant, and lets you apply the winner in one click.
MarketingHow the campaign email looks on a phone
Campaign emails adapt to the width of whoever opens them, with no setting to turn on. There is no portrait or landscape in email: what exists is available width. This article explains what the CRM does for you, what in your own content can still break the layout, and how to test before sending.
MarketingCampaign webhooks, deliverability and per-channel analytics
Subscribe to your campaign events (enrolled, message sent, replied, step completed, completed) and receive each one HMAC-signed, just like the record events. Connect your email provider delivery webhook to learn who received, who bounced and who complained, with automatic suppression on hard failures. And track the rates per channel (sent, delivered, opened, replied) right on the campaign page.
ProspectingMultichannel prospecting · flow campaigns, channels and stop on reply
A flow campaign is the multichannel journey in Sellio: a tree of steps with actions, waits and conditions, run per contact across email, WhatsApp, SMS, tasks and webhooks. A reply from the contact pauses the follow-ups on its own. Use it when the journey spans several channels and branches; for email only use Sequences, and for human tasks only use Activity cadences.
IntegrationsConnect Gmail / Outlook (OAuth) and sync emails
Connect your Google Workspace (Gmail) or Microsoft 365 (Outlook) account via OAuth, using your own organization's OAuth app, and automatically log emails as activities on your contacts.
IntegrationsConnect Bling ERP and sync customers, products, orders and invoices
Connect your Bling account (a Brazilian ERP) to the CRM via OAuth and sync customers, products, sales orders and invoices in both directions, without creating duplicates.
IntegrationsConnect Unleashed and sync products and stock levels
Connect your Unleashed account (inventory management) to the CRM and keep products and stock balances updated automatically, without creating duplicates.
IntegrationsSync meetings with Google/Outlook Calendar (two-way)
Once your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account is connected, CRM meetings become events in your calendar and your calendar events can be imported as activities, in both directions, without duplicating.
IntegrationsSync contacts with Google/Outlook
Once your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account is connected, import your contacts from Google Contacts (People API) or Outlook (Microsoft Graph) as CRM contacts, without duplicating and without overwriting what you have already filled in.

SetupTelephony: click-to-call and recording (Twilio Voice)
Call contacts and leads with one click and record the calls using the SAME Twilio account already configured for SMS/WhatsApp (BYO model).
SetupIn-browser softphone, inbound calls, IVR and queues

SetupProduct analytics: Mixpanel, Amplitude and Segment

SetupLead Ads (Meta and LinkedIn)

IntegrationsAds: create, publish and measure ROI (Google, Meta and LinkedIn Ads)
Create and publish paid ads on Meta, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads straight from Sellio (campaign, audience, budget and creative), created paused. Also import spend and performance from your accounts, attribute won opportunities to campaigns, and see ROI per campaign. The BYO model means the ad accounts are yours.
SetupCalendar: subscribe to your meetings (iCal)
See your CRM meetings and tasks in Google, Apple, or Outlook Calendar by subscribing to a URL, with no external account.
Security & governanceGovernance for configuration changes
With governance turned on, creating or deleting an object and creating, editing or deleting a field stop taking effect right away: they become requests a manager has to approve. The queue lives in Settings, Pending configuration changes, and you can also require that whoever asks for a change is not the one who approves it.
SettingsCustomize the sidebar menu
Move, rename, hide and reorder the items and groups of your organization navigation menu.
AccessTwo-factor authentication (2FA)
Two-step verification requires, on top of the password, a six-digit code generated by an authenticator app. Each person turns the protection on for their own account, in My account. Once it is on, the server refuses any session that presented only a password.
SalesTaxes (tax rules)
Set rates by product category and region/state; the tax is automatically added to proposals.
SalesPrep a meeting with AI
The Prep meeting button, in the AI suggestions panel on a record, builds a ready-made script for the conversation: a suggested objective, context points pulled from the data, discovery questions and a proposed next step. It gets you into the meeting prepared even with ten minutes' notice.
SalesSales coaching · one on one sessions with the team
Sales coaching is the object where a manager records individual sessions with each rep: subject, focus, agreed plan, notes and the date of the next follow-up. It moves the team's development out of notebooks and into a history you can look up, with a board by focus and by rep.
SalesPlaybooks · assignment by rep and version
Playbook is the object where you write down your company's sales script: when to use it, the recommended steps, who owns it and which version is in force. The Assigned to and Version fields let you point each script at specific reps and make it clear which revision the team should follow.
SalesCommission split · dividing a deal between reps
A commission split records how the commission on an opportunity is divided among several reps, by percentage. Besides documenting the agreement, the split is read when statements are generated under Commissions: with a split, each rep earns on their share; without one, the deal owner takes the full amount.
SalesSales plays and ABM · plays for target accounts
Sales play (ABM) is the object where you document a coordinated play for an audience of accounts: objective, steps, channels, owner and status. The ABM & Process screen, under the Sales menu, completes the picture by showing which accounts to prioritize, how closely each account resembles the customers you have won, and where the funnel stalls.
SalesProduct variants
Product variant is the object where you register the options of a single product, such as size, color, plan or material, each with its own SKU and an adjustment over the base price. It keeps the catalog tidy without forcing you to duplicate the product for every option.
SetupPrice lists and quantity tiers
Create price lists by currency, region, segment or channel, with validity dates, and register products inside each one with quantity tiers: from this many units, this unit price. On opportunity items, the price is filled in from the right tier, with nobody consulting a spreadsheet.
SalesAccount health score
Every day the system calculates a health score from 0 to 100 for each company of type Customer and writes it to the Health score and Health fields, with green, yellow and red bands. The calculation looks at engagement, satisfaction, renewal, support, finance and relationship, and administrators can tune the weights on the ruler.
SalesAccount 360 view and executive feed
The account 360 pulls together in one place what is scattered across contacts and records today: open opportunities and tickets, active contracts, products of interest, objections, risks, engagement, adoption and health. You ask the Sellio assistant for it; the executive feed, with the day's signals, also appears on the Customer success screen.
SalesLow adoption alert on an account
Every day the system looks for accounts of type Customer with no activity logged for 45 days or more and notifies the account owner. It is an early signal of churn risk and, often, of an expansion opportunity nobody went after.
Daily usePublic knowledge base · your Help Center with no login
The Knowledge base holds your company's help articles and publishes the approved ones on an open page, with no login, under your brand. It solves the problem of answering the same question several times a day: the customer finds the answer on their own, the self-service chatbot starts using the same text, and the support team stops rewriting it. You write, an administrator approves, and only then does the article become visible to the public.
SalesRecurring contracts and auto-renewal
On the Contract record, turn on Auto-renewal and pick the Recurrence: monthly, quarterly, semiannual or annual. When the term ends, the daily routine rolls the start and end dates forward to the next period on its own and notifies the owner. With no recurrence set, the contract only produces the renewal alert.
Daily useTeam board · team tasks in columns
The Team board is a simple standard object for organizing tasks in columns: To do, Doing, In review and Done. It fits internal rituals that are neither sales nor tickets, such as meeting agendas and team to-do lists. For projects with several people, deadlines and dependencies, the right place is the Projects module.
Daily useTask timeline
The Timeline plots your team's open tasks on the date they are due, across the next sixty days. It lets you see at a glance what is overdue, what is due this week and where the schedule is crowded, which the Activities list does not show well because it is linear.
ProjectsOKRs and strategic goals
Set objectives with numeric key results, run check-ins and track progress and health per period.
ProjectsProject AI: plan, predict and act with approval
Generate plans from text, break deliverables into subtasks, predict delays and let the agent propose changes for you to approve.
Daily useSharing reports with your team
A saved report starts out private: only you can see it. You can publish it to the whole organization, or grant access to specific teams and people. That settles the problem of everyone running their own numbers: the figure the team argues about now comes from the same report, with the same filters.
Daily useProcess documentation · your company's procedures
Processes is the standard object where a company writes down its own procedures: closing the register, handling returns, hiring, month-end. Each document has an area, an owner, a version and a status, so you always know what is in effect and what went obsolete. It is the operational memory that usually lives in loose files.
OperationsDelivery pipeline
Everything that happens after a deal is won: handoff, planning, execution, delivery and acceptance, in a delivery project per customer.
SalesHanding off from sales to post-sales
When you mark an opportunity as Won, the record's More menu gains the Start onboarding action, which creates the Onboarding record already linked to the same company and takes you straight to it. If you would rather have this happen on its own, ask your administrator to turn on the automatic handoff.
Daily useProject templates · creating a batch of tasks at once
Inside a record, a project template creates every task of a known playbook at once, each one already carrying a due date calculated from today. Three templates ship ready to use: Customer onboarding, Implementation and Sales proposal. They keep you from skipping a step in a repeated process and keep everyone following the same sequence.
SalesAI forecasting (win probability)
A model trained on your own history predicts the chance of winning each open opportunity, at no AI cost.
Artificial intelligenceAI: opportunity risk and AI agents
Spot the open opportunities about to be lost (with no AI cost) and use safe AI agents to update the CRM, prospect and reply to tickets, always with your confirmation.
About SellioSellio Community
An open forum (Reddit-style) to ask questions and exchange ideas with other CRM users.
SalesPartners and partner portal (PRM)
Register channel partners and share a portal for them to register deals.
ProcurementSupplier portal
Share a portal with your suppliers so they can track purchase orders and contracts and report delivery progress.
SetupBusiness units
Register your organization's units, such as branches, divisions or markets, each with a default currency and language, and arrange them in a hierarchy with a parent unit. It is how your company structure is represented inside the CRM.
SetupReusable field components
Field components are ready-made groups of fields, such as Address, Contact channels or Financial, that you apply to any object in one click. Instead of creating eight address fields one at a time on every object, you pick the component, check the preview and apply it. Fields that already exist are preserved.
SalesLanding pages
Create public pages with blocks, a form that captures leads straight into the CRM, campaign and list association, and SEO. All without leaving the CRM.
SalesVisual email editor (blocks)
Build email templates by stacking heading, text, button, image and divider blocks, with a live preview beside you and six ready-made starters. The editor generates safe HTML for you, with no code to write.
SalesEmbeddable and pop-up forms
Put lead capture on your website without coding: one snippet embeds the form in the page and another opens it as a pop-up. Submissions land straight in the CRM, with owner assignment and abuse protection.
SalesSLA for first lead response
Alerts and escalates automatically when a new lead goes unattended beyond the deadline.
SalesAutomatic lead re-engagement and nurturing
Two independent automations look after a lead going cold: re-engagement creates a task for the owner when a lead sits idle past the deadline you set, and nurturing automatically enrolls every lead that enters the Nurturing status into an email sequence. Both start off and you turn each one on in a different place.
SalesActivity cadences · the rep follow-up rhythm
An activity cadence automatically creates a timed series of tasks, calls and meetings for a record, assigned to an owner. Use it when the work is human: the one who has to act is the rep, not the server. To send emails automatically use Email sequences; for a multichannel journey with conditions use Flow campaigns.
SalesWebsite visitor tracking
Paste a short script on your website and start seeing how many visits and how many unique visitors you had over the last 30 days, and which pages drew the most traffic. Linking a visitor to a CRM contact is a separate step, optional and off by default.
SalesPersonalization and conditional content (smart content)
Use variables to swap in a name, a company and any field on the record inside the email, hide a passage when the field is empty and, in campaigns, replace the whole subject and body based on a rule about the recipient profile.
SalesEmail click tracking
Links in email sent by sequences and by flow steps go through an address of their own that counts the click and redirects to the destination instantly. For a button with a visible click count on screen, use marketing CTAs.
MarketingEmail sequences · automatic nurturing per recipient
A sequence sends a series of emails over time to a list of recipients, with a wait between each step, an A/B test on the subject, a communication category and content per language. Use it when the content is email and sending can be automatic; for human tasks use Activity cadences, and for several channels in one journey use Flow campaigns.
SalesCustomer Success playbooks
Document repeatable CS processes (onboarding, renewal, risk) for the team to follow.
SalesCustomer onboarding · from signature to activation
Onboarding is the object that tracks each new customer coming on board, with a status, a schedule, an owner and a progress figure. Inside the record there is a structured checklist, with an item, an owner and a due date, and progress starts being calculated on its own from the completed items. Templates generate the whole checklist in one click.
SalesContracts
The Contract object stores the customer, term, value, status and renewal, so you can stay on top of the post-sale relationship.
Getting startedFirst steps: an overview of the CRM
What the system is, how to navigate it and the essential concepts to get off to a good start.
Getting startedHow no-code works (objects, fields and metadata)
Why you can adapt the CRM on your own, without programming, and how to think about that flexibility.
Daily useCreating and managing records
Create, edit, search and export contacts, companies, leads and opportunities, and use the 360° view.
Daily useTags on records
Tags are free-form colored markers you stick on any record to group things your own way, with no need to create a field. They cover the case where the classification comes from daily work rather than from the data model: VIP, Renewal, Watch, March event. You can then filter the list by tag and apply the same tag to many records at once.
Daily useGlobal search · finding records and screens with ⌘K
Global search is the box that opens with ⌘K and does three things at once: it finds records across every object by name or email, it jumps straight to modules and Settings pages, and it sends your sentence to the artificial intelligence assistant. It means never hunting through the menu again, and never switching screens to look up a customer.
Daily useFavorites · pinning records for quick access
Star the records you open all day long and reach them in one click, with no searching and no filtering. Your favorites list is yours alone, works with any object and is always one icon away, on the icon bar at the left of the screen.
Daily useKeyboard shortcuts
If you spend the day in the CRM, four shortcuts save a lot of clicking: ⌘K opens search, the question mark shows the shortcut list, and the G key followed by a letter jumps straight to an area. They stay off while you are typing in a field, so they never get in the way of data entry.
SetupCreating and configuring fields (with examples)
Add fields to any object, understand each type and when to use each one.
SetupCreating objects, the record types in your CRM
Beyond Contact, Company, Lead and Opportunity, you can create as many record types as you need, such as Equipment, Property or Class, without programming. A new object is born with the Name field, joins the menu and gets a list, a form, search, import, automations and relationships just like any other.
SetupValidation rules (block saves by condition)
Create no-code rules that prevent saving a record when a business condition is violated.
SetupCustomizing list values (Type, Stage, Status…)
Edit the options of any selection field, including the funnel stages and their probabilities.
SalesSales pipeline (kanban board)
Track opportunities by stage, drag to advance them and see the totals per stage.
SalesQualifying and converting leads
From first interest to opportunity: capture, nurturing, MQL, SQL and conversion.
Daily useActivities and tasks
Organize tasks, calls, meetings and follow-ups; track what is due today and what is overdue.
AccessAccess roles and permissions
Understand the roles, the access scope, read-only mode and how to create/clone roles.
AccessManaging users
Invite people, set each one's role and activate/deactivate access.
AccessTeams (tree), leaders and the team scope
Build the team hierarchy in a tree, define leaders and use the "peers" and "team" scopes.
AccessTerritories · geographic hierarchy and access reach
Territories organize your operation as a tree, with territories inside territories, and tie people to each one. Beyond organizing, they are the basis for the territory access scope in roles and for quota and coverage planning.
AccessPlatform Master (multi-tenant)
The super-admin who manages all the organizations and users, without seeing their data.
Account & planCurrency and organization data
Set the default currency used throughout the system.
CustomizationVisual identity (white-label)
Colors, logo, typography and product name per organization.
Account & planPlans and licenses
How subscriptions and plan limits work.
AccessSecurity · password policy, session and allowed IPs
The Settings, Security screen sets the password rules, the idle time that ends a session and the list of network addresses allowed to reach the organization. It applies to everyone in the organization and only administrators can change it.
AccessMy account · your details, language, password and sign-in email
My account holds everything that depends only on you: light or dark theme, two-step verification, your public scheduling link, your profile details, the interface language, your email signature, a password change and a change of sign-in email.
SetupAutomations (no-code)
Build "when X, if conditions, then actions" rules, without any programming.
Daily use360 record view (related items and timeline)
On a record's screen, see everything connected to it: related items and activities.
Daily useComments and @ mentions on records
Talk with your team inside a record: reply in a thread, react, tag colleagues with @, resolve discussions and turn a comment into a task.
Daily useImport data from a spreadsheet (CSV)
Load Contacts, Companies or Leads from a CSV file, mapping columns to fields.
SetupSales targets by period, owner and team
Set how much you expect to sell in each period, for the whole company, for a rep, for a team and optionally by pipeline. The screen shows the actual and the percentage attained for each target, calculated from the opportunities won in the period.
SetupPipelines (funnels by sale type)
Create different funnels by sale type, each with its own stages and probabilities.
Daily useQuick filters on the board
Pin a select field (e.g. a second funnel or company) as a quick selector on the board bar and switch the value without opening each record.
Daily useProduct line items on the opportunity
Add several products (quantity × price) and the Estimated value is summed automatically.
Daily useConvert a lead (into Contact, Company and Opportunity)
Turn a qualified lead into a Contact + Company and, if you want, open a linked Opportunity.
Daily useLead capture (web-to-lead) and scoring
Receive leads from a public form and prioritize them with automatic scoring.
Daily useDashboard · metrics, blocks and custom charts
The Dashboard is your home screen and sums up the health of the business: metrics, pipeline, weighted forecast, today's activities and opportunities that need attention. You choose which blocks show, in what order and at what size, and you build your own charts and tables from CRM data.
Daily useSaved views (named filters)
Build a filter on the list, save it with a name and reuse it whenever you want, either personal or shared with the team.
Daily useReports (chart and export)
Build reports without code: group by a field, count or sum, and view as bars, pie or table, with CSV export.
Daily useDuplicates and merging records
Over time the same customer gets entered twice, through an import, through a form and by hand. The Duplicates screen groups records that share the same key and lets you merge everything into a single record, pulling in the empty fields from the copies and repointing activities and links. A merge cannot be undone, so it is worth checking first.
Daily useTrash · restoring deleted records
Deleting a record does not erase it on the spot: it goes to the Trash, disappears from lists and searches, and can come back for thirty days. Each person sees in the Trash what they deleted themselves; administrators see everything, can restore any item and can empty it. After thirty days, the system removes it on its own.
Artificial intelligenceAI always on and "bring your own AI" (BYO-AI)
How Sellio's AI works: it is on by default, and you can connect your own account (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini) to avoid paying for usage.
Security & governanceData subject rights · exporting and anonymizing personal data
When someone asks for access to their own data or asks for it to be erased, you fulfill the request with the Export subject data and Anonymize buttons on the Contact or Lead record. The export downloads a file; the anonymization replaces personal data with a marker and is irreversible.
SettingsScheduled backup: external storage and email delivery
Beyond downloading your CRM data backup in the app, you can now deliver it to external storage (the system or your own account) or receive a secure link by email. Set a retention to auto-rotate old files.
Security & governancePrivacy and compliance
A hub that brings together data retention, data subject rights, consent and auditing, with neutral wording that helps you comply with GDPR, LGPD, CCPA and other laws.
SetupREST API and API keys (integrations)
Integrate the CRM with other systems via a REST API, authenticated by key.
SetupScheduled reports by email
Automatically receive, at whatever frequency you choose, a CRM summary or the result of a saved report, straight to the inbox of whoever needs to see it. A saved report arrives with the table in the body of the message and the files attached so they can be opened in a spreadsheet.
SetupOutbound webhooks
Tell another system the instant something happens in the CRM. You register a URL, tick the events you care about, and SellioCRM sends a POST with signed JSON whenever one of them occurs. It is how you integrate with automation tools, with your own back end or with the company's ERP.
Security & governanceAudit trail · who did what and when
The audit trail records the organization's relevant actions, with the author, the action, the object affected and the exact moment. Entries are only ever appended: not even an administrator can change or delete an event once it is written.
Security & governanceConfiguration as code (export/import)
Move your custom objects and fields from one environment to another with a JSON file.
SalesSales performance: forecast, gap, coverage and ranking
Track the period forecast (Commit and Best case), the gap to target, pipeline coverage, the team ranking and the period-over-period comparison.
SalesProposals and quotes: generate, approve, send and track
Generate proposals from the opportunity items, control versions, approve discounts, send by email and track the customer's opens and acceptance.
SalesConvert the won proposal into a sales order and contract
When you win the deal, generate the sales order and/or the contract from the opportunity in one click. Both come already linked, with the accepted proposal amount and the business unit.
MarketingMarketing · campaigns, flow sequences, lists and email
The Marketing page brings the campaigns together: the Campaign object that measures leads, cost and ROI, and flow campaigns, which run a sequence of steps per contact on their own. This is also where you build lists, send email marketing while respecting consent, follow revenue attribution and publish blog content.
MarketingSegments, bulk email and personalization
Build dynamic segments by criteria, send bulk email to a segment or list while respecting privacy preferences (opt-out), and personalize each message with record fields.
SetupApprovals: policies and board
Define who approves what by type and conditions, and track requests on a board with chain and history.
SetupCross-object rules
Define rules where a condition on one object triggers an action on another: block the save, create a record or update related records. It is integrity automation, written in a form, with no code and without waiting for a scheduled flow.
AccessField-level permission · hiding, locking or masking a value
Beyond saying which records a role can see, you control field by field what it can view and edit. Each field can be set to Full, Read-only, Masked or Hidden, and the rule holds in the list view, on the record screen, in the history and on writes.
SetupObject template gallery
The gallery offers ready-made objects, with their fields already configured, so you can create one in seconds instead of modeling it from scratch. One click on Use template creates the object, the Name field and every field in the model, and opens the new object's list. Objects that already exist in your organization show up as Already available.
AccessJob titles · the list of roles people hold
Job titles is the list of positions used on people's profiles, such as Sales Rep, Account Manager or Financial Analyst. It is an organizing and reporting layer, completely separate from permission roles: no job title grants or removes any access.
Daily useDependencies between tasks
One task can depend on another: until the first is complete, the system refuses to complete the second and explains why. It enforces the order of a process, such as not sending a proposal before gathering requirements, without relying on anybody's memory.
SetupPage layouts · organizing the detail screen
Build each object's detail screen out of sections: create blocks with a title, spread the fields among them and set the order inside each block. New fields show up on their own in an Other section, so nothing disappears as your data model grows.
SetupCanvas: record page designer
Build the detail page by dragging blocks (fields, related lists, comments, attachments, widgets, buttons and tabs), per object and per role, with conditional visibility.
SetupDocument library
An administrator's view of every file attached to CRM records, in one place, with search by name and a filter by object. It is how you find a contract or a proposal when nobody remembers which record it was attached to.
SetupConfiguration history
A chronological record of the no-code structural changes: creating, editing and deleting objects and fields, plus applying templates. It answers who changed what and when, without relying on anybody's memory.
IntegrationsLive chat on your website
Put a chat bubble on your website: visitors' messages become conversations in the CRM (and leads), and you reply from an inbox. Built by us, with no external accounts.
IntegrationsAI chatbot in chat: configuration and handoff
Let AI automatically answer visitors in your website chat, based on a knowledge base you write, and hand off to a human agent when the visitor asks or the rule triggers.
IntegrationsSocial media and webinars: publish, import registrants, capture leads
Publish posts to LinkedIn and Facebook from the CRM, import a Zoom webinar's registrants as Leads and receive leads from social listening / Sales Navigator / Zapier via webhook.
IntegrationsWebsite forms, WordPress and capture SDK
Capture leads from any form on your website (WordPress, Wix, plain HTML) straight into the CRM: paste a ready-made HTML form or the JS capture SDK. Each submission becomes a Lead automatically.
SetupAutomations with wait (delay) and time-based scheduling
Add a "Wait" step to your automations to pause the flow and resume it after N minutes/hours/days, or until a field's date. Perfect for nurturing, onboarding journeys, follow-ups and timely billing.
AutomationsJourney and nurture templates (onboarding, renewal, re-engagement)
Install ready-made journeys (onboarding, drip nurture, renewal, post-sale, re-engagement and customer lifecycle) in 1 click. Each template becomes a normal automation, with wait steps to run over time, that you can edit afterwards in the editor.
SupportOmnichannel inbox: a shared mailbox, routing and per-customer history
Bring conversations from several channels (chat, email, SMS/WhatsApp and tickets) together in one shared inbox, with assignment and queue-based routing (sales/support) and an omnichannel timeline per customer.
IntegrationsConversational forms (chat-style capture)
Build a form that asks questions one by one in a chat widget on your site; on completion, the CRM creates a lead automatically.
SettingsKiosk Studio (guided action assistant on a record)
Build a step-by-step script that shows up as a button on a record page: screens that collect fields, actions that set fields and create tasks, and branches that divert based on a condition.
IntegrationsSocial media messages (DMs) in the omnichannel Inbox
Receive direct messages from Facebook Messenger, Instagram (via Meta) or a generic system straight into your omnichannel Inbox, on the Social channel.
Recurring revenueRecurring revenue: MRR, ARR, churn and renewal
Track your subscription revenue: MRR, ARR, average ticket, movements in the period (new, expansion, contraction and churn), churn rate, net revenue retention (NRR) and the lifecycle actions (renew, upgrade, downgrade and cancel).
Customer successCustomer Success cockpit: health, stage, adoption and renewals
The Customer success screen gathers your portfolio of customer accounts with a health score, a lifecycle stage (new, onboarding, adoption, healthy, at risk and churn), an adoption level, MRR, the CSM in charge and the renewals coming up in the next 90 days, with filters that let you act on what matters.
GovernanceAdvanced auditing · filtering, summarizing and exporting the trail
The same audit screen offers filters by user, action, object type, date range and free text, a summary by user, action and object, a team adoption panel and a CSV export of whatever is currently filtered.
ModelingObject relationship map
See how the system objects reference each other via relation (lookup) and aggregation (rollup) fields, with in/out degree and many-to-many detection.
Artificial intelligenceCorporate AI · behavior policy and prompt library
Set the language, the tone and the guidelines artificial intelligence should follow across the organization, and keep a library of approved prompts. The policy is appended to the instructions sent to the model before every AI call.
GovernanceGlobal and per-business-unit governance
Global policies set required fields for the whole organization and can flag that new records need approval. You create policies scoped as Global or Business unit and look up the resulting effective policy for each unit.
ProductivityScheduling link · availability scheduling
Publish your weekly availability windows and share a public link. The client picks a time that is genuinely open and the meeting lands on your calendar in the right time zone, with no back and forth. There is also a simpler meeting request link, for people who prefer not to publish their hours.
AdministrationAdministrator guide: first steps
From zero to a team-ready account: set up the organization, currency, users, permission roles, objects/fields and your first automations, in the right order.
AdministrationDeployment checklist
A practical, step-by-step list to take the account from configured to the team actually using it, with data import, testing and the switch-over.
AdministrationOperations and governance
After go-live: how to keep the account healthy with auditing, configuration change governance, global governance, RBAC and data retention.
AdministrationSecurity for administrators
The security levers the administrator controls: two-step verification (2FA), corporate SSO/SCIM, field-level data masking and privacy.
AdministrationAccount, plans and platform billing
How the administrator manages the plan, usage limits, add-ons and platform billing, and where to see it all.
AdministrationIntegrations: administrator view
The administrator overview of integrations: the hub, credentials kept in an encrypted vault, outbound webhooks and the connector marketplace.
AdministrationPlatform usage analytics (Master)
The operator screen that consolidates, across all organizations, who is really using the product (engagement), which resources they consume and which accounts are dormant, with aggregate metrics only, never the customers’ business data.
SecuritySubmission limits on public forms and portals
The CRM public pages (capture forms, conversational form, live chat, scheduling, partner and supplier portals) enforce a per-minute submission limit per source to protect your account from spam, abuse, and unwanted cost.
SettingsAdmin self-service: brand, notifications, users, organization and team quotas
The tenant administrator configures, from the UI, the brand (white-label), notification preferences, resending/removing users, the organization time zone and language, and team quotas, with no need for support.
SettingsProcesses (Blueprint): govern an object’s state transitions
A Blueprint turns a select field (stage, status) into a state machine: you declare which transitions are allowed and, for each one, the conditions, required fields, automatic actions and whether approval is needed. It is opt-in per object and per field, with no code.
AISellio Assistant: chat, act and approve actions
The Sellio Assistant is the smart robot in the top-right corner (and inside every record). You chat in natural language and it finds, creates and updates data, configures the CRM and answers questions, always within your organization. Sensitive actions go through your confirmation or the operator's approval.
AIAssistant conversation history: resume and delete
The Sellio Assistant keeps your conversations so you can pick up where you left off. Open the history to continue an earlier topic, start a fresh conversation or delete the ones you no longer want to keep. The history is yours: each person sees only their own conversations.
SetupDeveloper reference: REST API and MCP
The full Sellio API reference: API-key authentication, field discovery, REST endpoints, error format, rate limit, and the MCP server for AI agents.
SettingsData-driven field rules
Fill a field automatically based on your own data: aggregates of related records (count, sum, average) or conditions on the record’s own fields. No code.
SetupTalk to the team (Support)
Report a bug, suggest a feature, leave a comment or ask a question directly to our team, and follow the reply in one place.
IntegrationsMeetings: Teams, Meet and transcripts
Sync meetings with Google Calendar and Outlook/Teams, generate video call links and get the transcript: imported from Teams/Meet (when the license allows) or generated from a recording.
BillingInfrastructure plans and the free period
How SellioCRM billing works since September 16, 2026: 14 days of free access, then a per-user infrastructure plan. What changes, what does not, what happens when the period ends and how to choose a plan.
SalesPerson accounts (B2C): converting a lead and reaching people in marketing
When your business sells to consumers (B2C), the account can be an individual person instead of a company. See how to convert a lead into a person account and how marketing reaches those people.
ProjectsCreate a board from a template
Save time by starting from a ready-made template. When you click New board, you see a gallery of models by category (project management, marketing, product and software, HR and operations). Pick one and the board comes ready with its sections, colored typed columns and a few example rows. You can also start from scratch.
ProjectsProjects: work boards (groups, statuses, subitems and views)
Organize your team’s work in boards with colorful groups, status columns, owners, dates, subitems and updates. Connect items across boards, mirror values, compute formulas, see "My work" and share each board by permission. Switch between Table, Kanban, Timeline and Calendar views.
ServiceTicket console · the agent workspace
The ticket console is where your team works tickets: the queue with saved views on the left, the customer conversation in the center and the context with SLA clocks and AI on the right. It also holds the inbound email address, macros, routing, automations, incidents, the knowledge base and the team's metrics.
ProjectsTimesheet (time tracking)
Log hours on your board items with a live timer or manual entry, submit the week for approval, and follow reports on hours and billable value.
SupportCustomer portal · tracking tickets with email access
Your customer follows the tickets they opened on their own: they sign in with their email, with no password, see the status and the due date, read the public history, reply and reopen a resolved ticket. This is the side of the person who consumes the service, alongside the account link and the portal configuration.
SupportNPS and negative rating alerts
Beyond CSAT/CES, send a ticket NPS survey (0 to 10). Low scores alert the manager and reopen the ticket for follow-up; reports show NPS by agent, team and period.
SupportApprovals linked to a ticket
Require approval (e.g. of a refund) before resolving a ticket. While an approval is pending, resolution is blocked; the decision requires a justification.
CollaborationMessages: internal team chat
Chat with colleagues in your workspace in real time: direct messages (1:1) and groups, with @mentions that notify the person and an unread counter.
MarketingSending safety (channel accounts, quota, window, warm-up and consent)
Protect your channel reputation across campaigns: set up channel accounts with daily quota, a time window in the account timezone and warm-up, and manage per-channel consent. The same rules apply to email, WhatsApp and SMS alike.
ProspectingFind and verify email, evergreen campaign and anti-duplicate across campaigns
How to fill in missing emails using credits, keep a campaign always alive from a segment, and stop the same contact from entering two campaigns at once.
ProspectingLinkedIn in flows and AI-personalized openers
LinkedIn joins flows as an optional, isolated channel that is off by default, with a clear compliance notice: automating actions on LinkedIn violates the LinkedIn Terms. It only becomes available after an admin accepts a responsibility term, and even then it is inert (steps are skipped) for safety. The AI opener generates a tailored first line for each lead that the next message step uses via the icebreaker variable.
AnalyticsLeaderboard, points and trophies (gamification)
The Leaderboard turns everyday selling into a healthy game: every won deal, completed activity and target hit becomes points, and key milestones become trophies. The screen shows the team standings by period, each person’s actual vs target (reusing your sales targets) and everyone’s trophy collection. It runs on its own every day and lets people know when they unlock a new trophy.
SettingsJourneys: automatic cross-module orchestration
A journey is a sequence (the same visual builder as cadences) triggered by an event from ANY CRM module, not just marketing. You pick the entry trigger (record created, record edited, a field changing to a value, or the record entering a segment) and design what happens: emails, tasks, notifications, conditions and waits. It fires automatically and never duplicates: each record enters a journey only once.
MarketingSocial: scheduling posts, social inbox and metrics
The Social screen brings three things together: a Calendar to write, schedule and publish posts, an Inbox to read and reply to mentions, comments and DMs, and Metrics on engagement per post. The networks' credentials are yours and live in the Integrations hub; without a connection you can still build drafts and nothing breaks.
SettingsCreate custom activity types
Beyond the five standard types (Task, Call, Meeting, Email and Note), each company can create its own, like "Instagram DM" or "WhatsApp", with a label, icon and color. The types show up in the picker when creating an activity and in stage gates. You can also turn the standard types on or off.
IntegrationsThird-party app marketplace
Install third-party extensions safely, grant only the scopes they need, embed widgets, and publish your own apps.
AdministrationAI usage per person and credit limits
The AI usage screen shows how much artificial intelligence each person consumed during the month, in US dollars, and lets you set a monthly credit per person or per role. Once the credit is reached, that person's AI calls are refused until the month rolls over.
ProjectsResource and capacity planning
The Resources tab inside Projects brings together the people directory, the allocation planner and the planned capacity view that highlights who is overallocated. It is the same trio Monday offers: directory, planner and capacity management.
Artificial IntelligenceBuild your own AI agents (no-code)
In Settings, AI agents, you assemble AI agents in plain language: describe what the agent does, choose which tools it may use, set its autonomy and whether it needs approval before writing data. Each agent acts with the permissions of whoever runs it, never more, and goes through the same safety controls as the Sellio Assistant.
Artificial intelligenceAI notes: fill the CRM from a meeting
Once a meeting is transcribed, AI writes a summary, lists the next steps and suggests field updates on the linked record. You review everything and apply with one click. Nothing changes on the record without your confirmation.
Customer successLoyalty: a points program for your customers
Build a loyalty program for your customers: set how many points each unit spent is worth, define the tiers, enroll contacts and companies, and record earning and redeeming with a full history. The balance is always the sum of the ledger entries, and a correction is a new adjustment, never an edit of the history.
ServiceField service: schedule and dispatch technicians to service orders
Field service schedules technician visits for your service orders, with a per-day dispatch board. Mark who works in the field, schedule the visit with date, time and address, assign the technician and track the status. The system prevents double-booking and highlights time conflicts.
SecurityAdvanced security · personal data detection and security events
Two administrator tools on one screen: a scan that discovers which fields hold personal data across your objects, and a panel that reads the audit trail through a security lens, separating login, export, role changes, security configuration and deletions.
SalesCommissions: plans, automatic statements and approval
Create commission plans with a base rate, tiers by quota attainment and per-product rates, assign them to reps, and generate statements automatically from won opportunities. Approved and paid statements are immutable, and each rep sees only their own.
Account and accessSign in without a password: email magic link
On the login screen, besides signing in with a password, you can ask for a sign-in link by email and get in without typing a password. It is a safe alternative: it only works for accounts that already exist and the link is valid for a short time.
Daily useGenerate an image with AI and attach it to a record
When the image generator is on, you describe the image you want and AI creates it on the spot. You can attach the generated image straight to the record, handy for campaign banners, posts and marketing material.
CollaborationDocuments: writing, versioning, sharing and linking to a record
The Documents module holds your team's formatted text (internal proposals, meeting minutes, playbooks, account notes). You write in an editor with bold, lists and links, saving is automatic, every save becomes a version you can restore, and a document can be linked to a record.
SettingsCustomer portal · account link, brand, modules and pages
The customer portal is the external area where your account follows tickets, onboarding and the knowledge base. Generate a company's signed link right on its record, customize the brand, color, modules, pages and menu under Settings, and revoke or regenerate the link whenever you need to.
SalesInventory: stock balance, reorder point and product movements
Track how much you have of each product, set a reorder point to be warned when stock runs low, and record receipts, issues and adjustments. The balance is always computed from the movement history, so it never drifts out of sync.
SalesInstalled base: assets, warranty and service history
Record what each customer bought and installed (equipment, serial number, warranty) and follow each asset's service history. Great for post-sale, warranty renewal and support.
SalesProduct structure (BOM): components, cost and automatic stock deduction
Tell the CRM what each assembled product is made of (its bill of materials, or BOM) and it works out how much it costs to build, how many units you can build with current stock, and where each input is used. When you sell or build, the components deduct from stock on their own, across any number of levels.
CollaborationCompany feed: updates, announcements and polls for the team
The Feed is your company's internal social wall. Post updates, make announcements that notify everyone, and run polls with live results. The team reacts with emoji and comments. Everything stays visible only to people in your workspace.
AccountChange your login email
You can change the email you use to sign in to Sellio yourself, with verification. The system sends a confirmation link to the new address and the change only completes when you click it. In the meantime, your current login keeps working.
SettingsDelete the organization (close the account)
An admin can close their own organization in Settings → Organization, in the Danger zone. It is irreversible: it erases every record, user and setting. Before deleting, we ask for a reason and a comment, and you confirm by typing the exact company name.
SettingsNew connectors: Klaviyo, RD Station, ServiceNow, Jira, GA4, PostHog, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads, Databricks, Azure Synapse and BigCommerce
A new batch of bring-your-own-account (BYO) connectors. They all start inert: you paste the credential in Settings → Integrations, enable it, and only then do they work. Credentials are encrypted and never shown back. No cost from us.
SettingsNew connectors: Adobe Acrobat Sign, Telegram, Calendly, Webex, Typeform and Google Forms
A new batch of bring-your-own-account (BYO) connectors. They all start inert: you paste the credential in Settings, Integrations, enable it, and only then do they work. Credentials are encrypted and never shown back. No cost from us.
SettingsNew connectors: Unbounce, Instapage and Nuvemshop
Two more landing page form capturers (Unbounce and Instapage) and one more e-commerce platform (Nuvemshop / Tiendanube), all in the bring-your-own-account (BYO) model. Paste the credential in Settings, Integrations, enable it, and only then do they work. Credentials encrypted, no cost on our side.
SettingsE-signature: PandaDoc and Dropbox Sign
Two new e-signature providers in the bring-your-own-account (BYO) model. Paste the credential in Settings, Integrations, enable it, and you can send proposals for signature through them, with the status coming back via webhook. Credentials encrypted, no cost on our side.
SettingsNew payment gateways: Mercado Pago, PayPal, Square and Adyen
Four online payment gateways in the bring-your-own-account (BYO) model, mirroring Stripe. You paste the credential in Settings, Integrations, enable it, and payment lands straight in YOUR gateway account. The webhook confirms the payment and, when linked to an invoice, settles it automatically. Encrypted credentials, no cost from us.
SettingsCloud storage for backups: Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox and Box
Four cloud destinations to keep your data backups in your OWN account (BYO): Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox and Box. You paste the access token in Settings, Integrations, enable it, and the scheduled backup starts going to the chosen cloud. Encrypted credentials, no cost from us.
SettingsNew ERP connectors: QuickBooks, Xero, Dynamics 365, Odoo, and Defontana
Five ERP connectors in the bring your own account (BYO) model, mirroring SAP and NetSuite. You paste the credential in Settings, Integrations, turn it on, and SellioCRM starts sending customers and invoices to YOUR ERP. QuickBooks and Xero also receive change notifications by webhook. Credentials are encrypted, at no cost on our side.
SettingsPublish to X (Twitter), TikTok and YouTube
Publish and schedule posts to your X, TikTok and YouTube accounts straight from the CRM. These are BYO connectors: you paste your access token, enable it, and only then do they work. Credentials are encrypted and never shown back. No cost from us.
MarketplacePublish an app to the marketplace
As a developer, you register a third-party app, define the scopes it requests, create the OAuth credentials (client_id and client_secret) and submit the app for review. Once the team approves and publishes it, any tenant can install your app.
SettingsCreate a form
Build a public form that asks questions and, when submitted, creates a record in the object you choose (leads, contacts, orders or any object of yours). Share it by link, WhatsApp or email, or embed it on your site.
IntegrationsWhatsApp capture via companion
Capture every conversation from the rep's WhatsApp Business straight into the Conversations timeline, using a companion bridge you host yourself. Optional, off by default, and it requires accepting a Terms of Service notice.
SettingsSimplify your setup: empty fields and redundant automations
A deterministic advisor flags fields that are almost always empty and automations that are duplicated or conflicting, with evidence. It only suggests; nothing changes without you.
SalesReal-time business signals
The CRM watches your deals and accounts and pings you in the bell when something needs attention: a slipping close date, a competitor entering the deal, the customer opening your proposal, a committee with no decision maker, a quota falling behind pace, and more. Each signal becomes a notification for the right owner, with no hunting required.
SalesField visits (geotagged check-in)
Check in and out of customer visits right from the browser, with your location, and track your history and time in the field.
MarketingA/B experiments (cadences and pitches)
Experiments compare two alternatives that are more than a single message: two outreach cadences, two sales pitches or two landing page versions. Each participant is assigned to a variant in a stable way, the CRM measures the conversion rate and only names a winner once there is enough sample.
SalesPartner portal content and self-service
Publish articles and documents for your partners to see in their portal, and let partners update their own contact details. All optional, by audience, and under your control.
SalesHandoffs and internal SLAs
Hand a record over to another person or team with context and an explicit acceptance, and set a target time (internal SLA) for that acceptance. The recipient is notified; if the target passes without acceptance, the handoff is flagged and the creator is notified.
DataImport from another CRM (zero effort)
Bring 100% of your data from another CRM into SellioCRM with zero effort: connect the source, the system discovers the objects and fields, you map and review a preview, and only then is the data imported. Nothing is written without your confirmation, and every import can be undone.
ReferralReferral program: refer and earn 30%
Share your referral link and earn 30% of what each referral pays, for 12 months, as usage credit on your account.
MarketingBots & AI Agents (conversational)
The conversational module brings together bots with their own flow, actions they can run, intents to understand what the customer wants, and lead qualification frameworks. It starts off, and only an administrator turns it on, from the screen itself.
ContactsContacts timeline: who you need to reconnect with
See, in one place, which contacts you have not spoken with for too long. Each contact has a cadence (how often you want to stay in touch) and the screen shows who is overdue, who is due soon, and who has never been contacted.
MarketingMarketing Pipeline: decomposed score, UTM attribution, funnel, journeys and blog domain
Turn on the Marketing Pipeline module to qualify leads with a decomposed score (fit, engagement and intent), keep the real source by UTM, track the funnel over time, version journeys, unify contact preferences and serve the blog on your own domain.
AnalyticsAccount engagement: each customer’s situation and score
See every account classified as Active, At risk or Inactive, with a 0–100 engagement score computed from the activities on record. It mirrors the platform’s engagement-by-organization panel, at the grain of your book of business. Optional and off until an admin turns it on.
EducationTuition: plans, discounts and the financial mirror
Build the tuition plan in versions with effective dates, declare exactly how each discount combines with the others (adds up, applies alone, ceiling and order), and follow each student balance mirrored from your financial system, always with the age of the data on screen. Part of the Education vertical, optional and off until an administrator activates it.
EducationRe-enrollment
The re-enrollment cycle comes from the academic calendar, not from typing: the system builds the queue from active students, flags holds before the window opens, sends the invitation, follows up on silence and records who is not coming back with a reason from a closed list. Part of the Education vertical, optional and off until an administrator turns it on.
EducationScholarships and financial aid
Receive the aid request, analyze the family situation in a protected space, take the decision to the committee and keep the award with a full trail: renewal, suspension and cancellation are events, never a rewrite. Part of the Education vertical, optional and off until an administrator turns it on.
EducationEnrollment and handoff to the student system
Turn the signed contract into an enrollment, keep the family forms (medical, transport, meals, authorizations, emergency contact and insurance) under control with validity and yearly renewal, and hand the student off to your student information system with a reconciliation queue that surfaces every difference. Part of the Education vertical, optional and off until an administrator activates it.
EducationStudent onboarding
The first weeks of an enrolled student in one place: accounts handed over, orientation, placement and the 30 and 90 day checkpoints, with deadlines counted from the start date. The time to first engagement is measured from real signals and shows "no measurement" when there is none. Part of the Education vertical, optional and off until an administrator turns it on.
EducationStudent success and advising
Support cases, plans with academic goals and advising notes for each student. Cases reuse the service policies you already set up in the help desk. Every note says explicitly who can see it, the family view still respects the custody guard, and every reading of a note is recorded. Part of the Education vertical, optional and off until an administrator turns it on.
EducationDropout risk and early alerts
Student engagement signals, a dropout-risk score that shows its own arithmetic dimension by dimension, and alerts that always carry the evidence that produced them. When data is missing, the screen says so instead of inventing a number. Part of the Education vertical, optional and off until an administrator turns it on.
EducationInterventions with a measured effect
Record what the school did for a student at risk and see, right beside it, what the dropout-risk score did between the reading taken at the start and the one taken when the window closed. When either side has no number, the screen says "not measurable" and explains why instead of showing zero. Part of the Education vertical, optional and off until an admin turns it on.
EducationStudent services: requests from students and families
A transcript copy, a class change, transport, financial aid, accessibility: the request becomes an ordinary ticket in the support desk you already have, tagged with an educational category and pointed at the student, the enrolment or the application. Nothing about deadlines is stored by the Education module. Part of the Education vertical, optional and off until an admin turns it on.
EducationFamily communication: one message, one person at a time
Sending to the family does not exist. A household is the father, the mother, the financial guardian and the student, and each one is resolved on their own: their language, their channel, their consent. The same notice goes out in Portuguese to the mother and in English to the father when that is how they are registered. Part of the Education vertical, optional and off until an admin turns it on.
EducationEducational journeys: ready-made recipes for the moments the school already has
A new inquiry, an application that stopped halfway, a document nobody sent, an open day, an offer with no answer, a fresh enrolment, re-enrolment opening and an early alert. Each of these is a ready-made journey you switch on and edit. There is no send button here: the message goes out through family communication, with the custody gate, consent per person and the cap per household. Part of the Education vertical, optional and off until an admin activates it.
EducationFamily portal: children, contracts, finances and the calendar in one place
The guardian signs in with a link sent by email and sees everything that belongs to them: a consolidated summary of all their children, signed contracts, charges mirrored from the school's financial system, forms and authorizations with expiration dates, the calendar, shared notes and the requests opened at the front office. Anything custody rules deny never shows up. It is part of the Education vertical, optional and turned off until an administrator activates it.
EducationK-12: questionnaires, siblings and legacy
Parent questionnaire, student questionnaire and teacher recommendation come ready to use on top of the versioned application form. Siblings and former students in the family are read from the records the school already keeps, and a box ticked on a form never turns into a discount by itself. Part of the Education vertical, optional and off until an administrator turns it on.
EducationHigher education: test scores, transcripts and recommendation letters
Record exam scores with the source they came from, read a transcript with extraction that only ever suggests, and ask a teacher or mentor for a recommendation letter through a link. Part of the Education vertical, optional and off until an administrator turns it on.
EducationInternational: passport, visa, language and exchange
Track passport, visa, translations, language proof, housing, insurance and arrival for students studying outside their own country, with the list of requirements coming from the destination jurisdiction rather than a rule frozen into the system. Part of the Education vertical, optional and off until an administrator turns it on.
EducationAgents and consultants: attribution, conflict and channel quality
Register recruitment agents and consultants with the regions and programs they are authorized for, attribute each candidate to the agent who brought them with a protection period, see a conflict with its reason when a second agent arrives, and read conversion, dropout and overdue payments per agent, with an honest "not measured" for whoever has no history yet. Part of the Education vertical, optional and off until an admin turns it on.
EducationFeeder schools and territories: measured conversion, planned visits
Register the schools your applicants come from, see how much each one actually converts into enrolment, tell an origin the family merely declared from one somebody checked, and build the visit route within the territory schedule and budget. Part of the Education vertical, optional and off until an admin turns it on.
EducationFree courses and EdTech: rolling intake, trial, progress and the way back
Turn on the online course profile and the whole cycle appears: continuous intake with no deadline, a trial class, an online enrolment form ready to take payment, learning progress that never invents a number, the certificate, the next course and an invitation back for whoever stopped. Part of the Education vertical, optional and off until an admin turns it on.
EducationExecutive and corporate education: private cohorts, roster upload and the report HR receives
A company hires your school, you open a private cohort, HR sends a spreadsheet of employees, and later asks how the group is doing. This block does all of that without adding a second CRM inside the CRM: the company is the company record you already have, the deal runs on your standard pipeline, and enrolment goes through the same engine every other student uses. The per-employee line is off by default. Part of the Education vertical, optional, and off until an administrator turns it on.
EducationAlumni and advancement: the academic link fundraising was missing
Connect the people who graduated from your school to the person the Nonprofit module already knows, and read each alumnus’s engagement without inventing a single number. This block is not a fundraising module: funds, gifts, campaigns and receipts stay exactly where they already were. Part of the Education vertical, optional, and off until an administrator turns it on.
EducationCareers and employability: a placement rate you can defend
Record what each student is looking for, keep employer partners in the sales pipeline you already use, publish vacancies and report placement outcomes for accreditation. A rate nobody measured is reported as not measured, never as zero. Part of the Education vertical, optional, and off until an administrator turns it on.
SettingsTerminal: ask an agent to build inside your own CRM
The terminal gives an administrator a conversation with an agent that changes this CRM: objects, fields, automations, reports and your own code. It only ever touches your organization, everything it creates goes away if the organization is deleted, and it is off until someone turns it on.
IntegrationsYour own email mailbox (IMAP/SMTP)
Connect any email mailbox to the CRM, even without Google or Microsoft: enter your IMAP server to READ messages and, if you want to send from the CRM, the SMTP one. You can test the connection before saving and connect more than one mailbox.
HospitalityFront desk and bookings · today's queue, tentative holds with a deadline and the waitlist
The Front desk tab shows a single queue of what needs action now, ordered by the cost of waiting. The Bookings tab creates and drives bookings: a tentative hold with a mandatory deadline, promotion to definite and confirmed, a challenge that only shortens the deadline, the waitlist when the date is full, and cancellation.
HospitalityGroups, events and venues · blocks, the BEO and the hourly calendar
The Groups tab tracks room blocks with a cut-off date and real pickup. The Events tab shows the property's events, the revenue lines and the banquet event order (BEO), frozen on publication. The Quotes tab issues three-tier proposals with the exchange rate frozen, and the Venues tab runs the hourly calendar for function space, counting setup and teardown.
HospitalityTours, itineraries and tickets · manifest, waivers and QR codes
The Departures tab runs tour departures: a manifest with an operating verdict, per passenger check-in and cancellation with a reason. Published waivers are immutable and block boarding for anyone who has not signed. The Itineraries tab builds multi-day packages with suppliers and an honest margin, and the Tickets tab issues passes with a QR code that can be validated without internet.
HospitalityCommission, rate parity and channels · statement, channel pricing and direct business
The Commission tab shows the statement for agencies and OTAs as a ledger that only ever takes new entries: a reversal is a new entry, and different currencies are never added together. The Rate parity tab compares the price each channel advertises with your direct price and shows what each channel actually leaves net. The OTA to direct play finds guests who arrived through a paid channel and are worth a direct offer.
HospitalityGuest 360 and the guest portal · one profile, allergies and magic links
Every guest has a single profile that recognizes the same person across bookings from your site, an agency and an OTA, with a reversible merge and masked emails treated for what they are. Allergies and preferences travel with the booking and are acknowledged by each department. The guest portal is entered through a magic link sent to a firm email address, and loyalty connects the guest to the points program the property already runs.
HospitalityAnalytics and AI · pace, pickup, alerts, recovery and the briefing
The Pace and pickup tab reads demand on both axes: how much is already on the books for a future stay date, and how that compares with last year at the same lead time. Alerts fire at the moments of decision without turning into spam. The Service recovery tab puts fixing things before check-out first, Reputation shows NPS and blocked review requests, and the AI briefing writes a reading built from aggregates only.
SaaSAccounts · hierarchy and the consolidated snapshot
The Accounts tab shows your subscription customers in two views, List and Hierarchy, and opens a consolidated snapshot of each account with MRR, Pipeline (ARR), Health, Open tickets and Seats used / purchased. It exists so you can see that a division belongs to a group, and know at a glance whether an account is ready to expand or about to push back at renewal.
SaaSSubscriptions and ARR · the amendment series
In the SaaS vertical a subscription is a series of amendments with effective dates, and ARR is derived from a point in that series rather than typed into a field. The Amendment series appears when you open a renewal and shows the Effective date, Kind, MRR and Seats of every change, with ARR today next to it.
SaaSRenewals · GRR and NRR
The Renewals tab treats renewal as a pipeline of its own, with Stage, Likelihood, Baseline, Outcome and the Difference between the last two. At the top, GRR and NRR for the last twelve months summarize how much of your revenue you kept and how much it grew inside the base you already had.
SaaSAccount health · an explainable score
The Health tab shows each account's score with the Computed value and the Manually adjusted value side by side, the Adjustment reason, the Band and the Top risk. It is there so Customer Success can work the queue of at risk accounts before the risk turns into a cancellation, and the history shows the trajectory, which says more than a single number.
SaaSRevenue leak · the findings queue
The Revenue leak tab lists the money your operation left on the table without noticing: unbilled usage, discount beyond authority, an active subscription with no invoice, an unapplied price step and a renewal with no uplift. Every finding has a Kind, Amount, Severity and Detected on, and the top of the screen shows how many are open and how much is at risk.
ManufacturingManufacturing · industrial product configuration
Product configuration keeps an impossible combination of options from ever reaching a quote. You declare the characteristics and values of each product, write rules (requires, excludes, prerequisite, minimum and maximum selection), and the CRM validates the customer's choice before generating any price. An invalid configuration produces no bill of materials and no price, and every approved configuration is kept as an immutable snapshot of what was sold.
ManufacturingManufacturing · availability and delivery promise (ATP)
Availability answers the question every industrial customer asks: when can you deliver? The CRM mirrors the stock from your ERP or WMS by product, plant, lot and serial, and calculates the available quantity and the ATP (how much you can actually promise, counting replenishment on the way), classifying each line as available, low, backorder or stockout. The CRM does not own the accounting stock: it interprets the mirror and always shows how old it is.
ManufacturingManufacturing · export control and compliance
Export control is a real block, and it ships turned off. Once enabled, every sale goes through a screening against your own control list (classification, restricted destinations and license requirement) and the result stops the order from moving unless someone with authority records a justified override. Every screening and every override lives in a history that cannot be edited or deleted.
ManufacturingManufacturing · integration with the industrial ERP
SellioCRM is not an ERP: it does not invoice and it does not schedule production. What it does is hand the order to your ERP safely: it validates before sending, sends with no risk of duplication, records the confirmation with the ERP reference, and flags any discrepancy between the two sides instead of pretending everything matches. The connection to SAP and NetSuite uses your own ERP credentials and is configured in Settings → Integrations.
HealthPatients · registry, sensitive data and consent
The Patients screen is the administrative registry of the people your practice serves, with the Patient 360 view. Here you add identifiers without exposing the number, record and revoke consent by purpose and channel, store the document and legal guardian encrypted, and run the document checklist. Every read of sensitive data is logged.
HealthSchedule, directory and patient service
Three screens that make the front desk's day work. Directory is the catalog of organizations, practitioners and services that feeds the schedule. Schedule generates slots, books appointments with a lock against overbooking, handles telehealth and keeps the waitlist. Service records requests, complaints and ombudsman cases with an SLA, escalation and NPS.
HealthEligibility and prior authorizations
Two screens that tackle the biggest cause of denied claims: treating a patient without valid coverage or without authorization. Under Eligibility you register the member's coverage and run the check with the payer. Under Authorizations you drive a procedure's prior authorization from draft to appeal, with an SLA, an authorization number and an approval rate.
HealthPatient recall and the communication policy
Recall brings back patients who have not returned in a while: you create inactivity rules per channel and the preview shows how many patients there are and how many are genuinely contactable. Communication sets the practice's send policy, with quiet hours, a time zone and a daily cap per patient. The two screens work together, and consent overrules both.
HealthThe patient portal and the provider portal
The vertical publishes two external portals, one for the patient and one for the referring practitioner. Both are entered through a link sent by email, with no password, and both show only the data of whoever signed in. You authorize the email from the CRM, hand over the link and revoke it whenever you want: revoking cuts access immediately.
Retail and E-commerceCustomer identity and the 360 view · how retail recognizes a person
In retail the same person shows up as an email, a phone number, a store code and a device. This screen shows which signals the customer was recognized by, the merge history and the button to undo a merge, the trust score calculated from active risk signals, the household so you do not send the same campaign twice to one address, and the preferences on file.
Retail and E-commerceMirrored orders and abandoned carts
The Orders tab shows the sales the CRM mirrors from your platform, always with the source and the moment they were read, and opens the items of each order. The Abandoned carts tab shows how many carts were left behind, how many were recovered, the recovery rate and the revenue that came back.
Retail and E-commerceReturns and exchanges · refund, store credit and eligibility
The Returns tab shows how many returns there are, how many became refunds, how many became exchanges and the exchange rate. Each row carries the reason, whether it falls within the policy window, how much was refunded and how much became store credit, in separate columns on purpose.
Retail and E-commerceReviews and reputation · NPS, problem products and what the customer wrote
The Reviews tab shows the store's NPS with promoters, passives and detractors, points out Problem products, meaning items with many reviews and a high share of negatives, and lets you open the reviews behind each one, with the rating, the text and the verified purchase badge.
Retail and E-commerceConnecting your online store · Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento
A guide to connecting SellioCRM to your online store. You enter the store address and the webhook secret under Settings, in Integrations, copy the generated URL into the platform, and start receiving customers and orders automatically. The model is bring your own store: the account is yours, with no cost and no middleman on our side.
Real EstateDevelopments, units and the sales mirror
How to register developments, build the inventory of units and lots (one by one or from a spreadsheet) and work the sales mirror. It also explains the unit state machine, which decides which status changes are allowed and stops two people from reserving the same unit.
Real EstateReservations, the payment simulator and proposals
How to reserve a unit with no risk of a double reservation, build the payment flow in the simulator (down payment, deposit, monthly installments, balloons, handover and financing), understand present value and the rule violations that require an authority, and turn the simulation into a proposal that runs all the way to a sale.
Real EstateBrokers, agencies, lead sources, visits and duty shifts
How to build the sales force (brokers, teams and partner agencies), register the acquisition sources with a duplicate policy, schedule and measure visits with a broker ranking, and organize stands and the duty roster with no overlap.
Real EstateCredit analysis, contracts, sales and the mortgage transfer
The road from yes to money: the buyer's credit checklist with an SLA, generating the contract from the proposal with frozen variables and a signature, recording the sale with the commission split, and following the mortgage transfer through to disbursement.
Real EstateConstruction, inspection, key handover and rescissions
The after-sales side of the vertical: publishing construction progress by milestone, inspecting the unit with an item by item checklist, recording the key handover and, when the deal is undone, calculating the penalty, the retention and the refund in a rescission or assignment that goes through approval and reverses the commission.
Real estateClient portal and broker portal
Two public portals, one for the buyer and one for the broker, with sign-in by emailed link and no password. The buyer follows proposals, contracts, inspection and construction progress; the broker sees their own proposals, sales and accrued commission. You control who gets in through a list of authorized emails.
Real estateCampaigns, real estate BI and ERP integration
The module's three reading and wiring screens: acquisition campaigns with cost and cost per lead attributed by utm_campaign, the BI dashboard with funnel, sell-through rate, no-show and revenue, and the integration that links developments and units to your ERP so you can read data from it.
Financial servicesParties, onboarding and screening · the record a regulator accepts
Covers the three screens at the core of the financial services vertical: Parties, where people, organizations, the ownership graph and the beneficial owners live; Onboarding, where each party gets a case with a requirement checklist and a sealed decision; and Screening, where identity, sanctions and PEP checks are run by market providers.
Financial servicesOffers and applications · from proposal to live product
Once a party has KYC approved, it can be sold a product. The Offers screen creates the proposal and records the acceptance or the refusal as a suitability decision. The Applications screen runs the internal pipeline that starts from an accepted offer, moving through review, approval or decline, up to activation. Every decision is sealed on the immutable trail.
Financial servicesHouseholds · the family or economic group seen whole
A household groups several parties into one family or economic group and shows the group's consolidated wealth, always broken out by currency. It is the view a relationship manager needs when the client is not one person but a house with a spouse, children, a holding company and an operating business.
Financial servicesGovernance · jurisdictions, decision trail and legal holds
The Governance screen holds the three pieces that let the financial services vertical survive an audit: the jurisdiction catalog you edit yourself, the immutable trail of regulated decisions with an integrity check, and the legal holds that block deleting a subject under investigation.
Field servicesProperties and equipment · the history belongs to the site, not the person
In the Field Services vertical, history belongs to the address and to the installed equipment, not to the contact. This is the Properties tab: the property record, the access block that saves you a wasted trip, the site contacts with their roles, the equipment with make, model and serial number, and the alerts the system raises on its own about age, warranty and repeated failures.
Field servicesService agreements and maintenance plans · the revenue that repeats
Two gears of this vertical handle recurring work: the service agreements on the Commercial tab, with response time, a not-to-exceed amount per job, a purchase order requirement, an approval threshold and periodic preventive inspections; and maintenance plans, which generate the period's visits, renew on their own or expire, and show up for the customer in the portal.
Field servicesCustomer portal · what they see, what they do and how you grant access
The customer portal is the public page where whoever hired the service follows their own properties, jobs, estimates, invoices and maintenance plans. Sign-in is by emailed link, with no password, and it only works for emails your team has cleared. From there the customer approves an estimate option and requests payment of an invoice on their own, without calling anyone.
AutomotiveVehicle inventory · records, VIN and availability
The Inventory tab is where the physical vehicle enters the CRM and where the team sees what is available to sell. It covers how to add a vehicle, why the VIN is validated, what each vehicle status means and why you only see the inventory of the stores you have access to.
AutomotiveDesking · payment, price and the customer's trade-in
The Desking tab is the math you do at the desk before any contract: what the monthly payment comes to for a given price, and how much car fits inside a payment the customer is willing to make. It walks through every field, how the trade-in and its payoff enter the math, and what the desk deliberately does not do.
AutomotiveTest drives and reservations · holding the car and turning it into a sale
How to schedule a test drive and record its outcome, and how to reserve a vehicle for a customer, release the reservation or convert it into a sale. It explains the lock that guarantees the same car is never reserved twice at the same time.
AutomotiveOpportunities · leads past SLA and repurchase candidates
The Opportunities tab shows the two lists that are worth money every single day: customer interests nobody contacted inside the response window, and customers whose current vehicle already signals a trade. It explains how each list is calculated, what the factors on screen mean and what to do with each row.
LegalMatters and the ethical wall · who sees what
The matter is the center of the Legal module and it comes protected by an ethical wall: only the people assigned to it can see it, and not even a system administrator walks through. It covers how to create a matter, how assignment works, the access record and emergency access with a written justification.
LegalConflict check · before you take the case
The conflict check sweeps the parties on every matter in the firm, including the ones you are not allowed to see, and returns metadata only: whether a conflict exists, how risky it is, on what grounds and who to escalate to. It covers when to run it, how to read the result and how to record the decision in a way that cannot be altered.
LegalDeadlines · calculation, radar and fatal deadlines
In the Legal module a due date is calculated, not typed: you give the start date and the number of days, choose between business days and calendar days, and the system applies the holidays of the matter's jurisdiction. It covers the preview before saving, the radar of overdue and upcoming deadlines, and the extra protection around a fatal deadline.
LegalFees, time, invoices and the client trust account
How the Legal module handles money: five fee models with a preview before you propose, billable time entry, the invoice that builds itself from the hours and the accepted fees and becomes immutable once finalized, and the client trust account, which never goes negative and never mixes with another client's.
AgribusinessGrowers, farms and fields · the physical base of the vertical
Before selling any input you have to know who the grower is, where they plant and how much. This page covers how to register a grower, an economic group, a portfolio, a farm and a field, and how to record each field's planting plan for each season, which is the data that produces expected volume and consumption potential.
AgribusinessBarter and grain contracts · trade, pricing and delivery
In agribusiness the grower often pays for inputs with grain, and the grain price is only settled later. This page covers barter, which carries the physical grain balance and the financial balance of the inputs at the same time, the grain contract with partial price fixing, receiving with moisture and foreign matter discounts, and the credit line with collateral that underpins all of it.
AgribusinessTraceability · lots, history and the public QR page
Traceability means being able to tell the story of a grain lot: which field it came from, which inputs were applied, when it was harvested, when it was received and where it went. This page covers how to create the lot, how to build up the event history and how to use the QR token, which opens a public page with the lot's origin and nothing commercial.
AgribusinessGrower portal · email sign-in and what growers see
The grower portal is an external area where a grower signs in with an authorized email and follows their own quotes, grain contracts, barter deals, agronomic visits and lots. There is no password: access comes through a link sent to the registered email, and the grower only sees what belongs to them. This page covers how to grant access, how the grower signs in and what shows up for them.
NonprofitConstituents, giving and receipts
A constituent is the single record for everyone who relates to the organization, holding several roles at once. This page covers how to read the constituent list, how the system separates direct giving from soft credit, how duplicate suggestions and record merges work, and how a receipt calculates the deductible amount when the donor received something in return.
NonprofitBeneficiaries and the wall · who can see who is being served
Someone served by a social program is not a fundraising audience. This page explains the beneficiary wall: why that data is kept apart from donor data, who can see a case, how emergency access works and why every access leaves a trace. It is the strictest rule in the vertical and it does not open for anyone's job title.
NonprofitFunds, campaigns and appeals · the accountability chain
Accountability means being able to answer where every dollar came from and where it went. This page explains the chain that makes that answer possible: the fund with its use restriction, the campaign with its goal, the appeal that shows what actually made the gift arrive, the allocation of a gift across funds, and the revenue figure that counts direct giving only.
Daily useThe app for Android and iPhone
SellioCRM has a native app for Android and iPhone that uses the same account as the website. It was built for work away from the desk: looking up and creating records, working the day's tasks, answering conversations, approving requests, checking in on a visit and asking your data questions. Configuration work stays on the website, and the app opens those screens inside itself when you need them.
MarketingCTAs · trackable calls to action
A CTA is a call-to-action button with a link of its own that counts every click before sending the person on to the destination. Use it to measure which invitations work on your website, blog, emails or signatures, and to tie those clicks to a campaign. You create the CTA in Marketing and use the generated link wherever you like.
Daily useCompare products side by side
The Compare products screen puts 2 to 6 products from your catalog into a single table, lining the same fields up for all of them and highlighting the rows where they differ. Use it to answer the customer's question about which model to pick, without opening one product at a time.
SalesAccount plan
The Account plan is the standard object where you write down your strategy for an important customer: the objectives for the period, how you intend to reach them, the amount you are going after and where the plan stands. It turns the intention to grow an account into something written, reviewable and visible to the team.
Customer successQBR · the quarterly review with your customer
A QBR is the recurring meeting where you sit down with the customer to review the period: what happened, how healthy the account is and what comes next. SellioCRM keeps those reviews in two complementary places: the QBRs object, for the formal record of the meeting, and the QBRs panel inside the company record, which also suggests the agenda from the account's own signals.
SalesCall scripts
Call scripts are reusable scripts for calls and first outreach, kept in Settings so the whole team works from the same text. They standardize the opener, the qualifying questions and the answers to the most common objections, instead of leaving everyone to improvise.
Security and governanceConsented support access
By default, SellioCRM support cannot see your organization's business records. For support to look at your data during a case, an administrator has to turn on temporary access, for a set period. Everything support does is written to a log you can see, and the access can be cut at any moment.
Daily useNotifications and preferences
The SellioCRM bell tells you when something needs your attention: a mention, a task assigned to you, an approval sitting idle, a contract about to expire. The Notifications page shows everything in order, and Notification preferences let you choose, category by category, whether you get it in the app, by email, both or neither.
IntegrationsExternal tools in the Copilot (MCP servers)
Some providers, Vambe among them, publish their data as an MCP tool server instead of a classic API. SellioCRM connects to them as a client: you sign in to your own account, and the tools the provider publishes appear to the Copilot. Connecting is done by an administrator in Settings, under Integrations.
ServiceAssignment rules: distributing conversations and tasks
A message that arrives on WhatsApp, chat, SMS, social or email lives in the inbox as a conversation. A conversation has no protocol number, no SLA clock and no support console. Until now the only way to give it those was for an agent to click "Turn into a case" on the conversation header, which mean
ServiceCase capture: routing rules, blocked senders, duplicates and inbound sources
Case capture is what happens between a message arriving and a case being created. It lives under Settings > Case capture and applies to every entry point at once: the support mailbox, the help center form, inbound sources you register, contact requests, phone calls and bots. With nothing configured,
ServiceVoice desk: calls on cases, callbacks, IVR tree and contact center reports
The voice desk puts the phone inside customer service.
ServiceSurveys and feedback: CSAT, NPS, CES and closing the loop
Open Feedback in the Service menu. The page has three tabs: Report, Follow-ups and, for administrators, Surveys.
ServicePresence, capacity and next item: how omnichannel routing decides who works on what
Routing rules (Settings > Routing) distribute conversations, cases and tasks. This article covers the pieces that decide WHO can receive an item and in WHAT ORDER work is served.
ServiceAsset lifecycle: preventive maintenance, recalls, sites and full history
Every unit installed at a customer (an asset in the installed base) now has a full lifecycle inside the service module. Open it from Installed base, then Lifecycle, maintenance and recalls, or from the Asset tab of the lifecycle page (also reachable from the notification bell when a warranty or cont
ServiceService queues · members, capacity, hours and required skills
A queue is where tickets and conversations wait for a team. In Settings › Queues you create each queue, add its members, cap open items per person, give it business hours and a default priority, and say which skills it requires before routing work to someone.
ServiceService governance: retention, masking, sensitive cases, channel permissions, file policy, login history and requester data requests
Service governance lives under Settings > Service governance. It is the support-specific layer on top of the platform's security: row-level isolation, roles and permissions, the audit trail, the sensitive access log and the privacy tools already exist. This screen governs what happens to cases, mess
ServiceAI in the case console: next best action, ranked replies, field proposals, reply review
Everything on this page obeys one switch: the case AI policy (Settings · Cases · AI policy). When it is off, nothing that costs AI runs. Two things work even with the policy off, because they cost nothing: the next best action and the article hints while you type.
ServiceField service operations: smart dispatch, work lines, service report with signature, first-time fix
With the Field Services vertical on, every work order gains an Operations panel (in the order's detail and in the ticket's field work box) with four tabs: Dispatch, Work, Report and Context. Everything here builds on what the order already had: visits, dispatch board, stock, estimates and the equipm
ServiceKnowledge base: categories, versions, approval, languages and analytics
Your knowledge base already had drafts, review, publication, feedback and a public help center. This article covers the lifecycle layer around it: how articles are organized, how a change is compared and restored, how publication can go through an approval chain, how an article lives in several lang
ServiceDigital channels: hours, auto-reply, templates, images and the public contact page
Each conversation channel (WhatsApp, SMS, website chat, email, social) can have its own rules. Everything here is data: without a policy, the channel follows your business hours and nothing is sent automatically.
ServiceCustomer portal: access, services and articles
The customer portal is where the person who opened a ticket follows it, answers, attaches files, requests a service and reads the articles published for them. This page explains who gets in, what each person sees, and how to change that.
ServiceContact center AI: intent routing, an assistant that resolves simple requests, proactive messages, translation and quality at scale
Everything on this page obeys the same single switch as the rest of the case AI: the case AI policy (Settings · Cases · AI policy). With the policy off, nothing here runs and nothing here is written. There is no second switch.
ServiceQueue history: how to read intake, backlog, wait and SLA per service queue
The Analytics tab of the service console has three different readings, and mixing them up is the fastest way to reach a wrong conclusion. The wallboard answers "how is the queue RIGHT NOW". The service analytics panel answers "how much and how fast in total". Queue history answers the third question
ServiceTicket rules: what they can do, and testing before turning them on
Ready made rules you install with one click, the actions and conditions a ticket rule understands, how to test a rule against real tickets without it doing anything, and how turning a rule on or off leaves a trail.
ServiceSLA: escalation, pauses, compliance and catalog value
The product already calculated deadlines, stopped the clock while a case waited for the customer and showed live clocks to the agent. This page is everything that comes after the deadline exists.
ServiceAsk for help on a case, and bring in the account team
When a case gets stuck, asking for help used to mean writing "@someone please help" in an internal note and hoping. Now the request has a queue, an owner and a clock, and the answer comes back into the case.
ServiceCross-sell and upsell from the case console: signals, handoff to sales, influenced revenue
Support sees things sales never sees. The customer whose contract renews in three weeks, the machine that just fell out of warranty, the account that has one support case left in its plan: all of that shows up in a case first. Until now the case console showed none of it, and there was no way to tur
ServiceService console: layout, milestones, linked cases and time
The service console is where whoever answers spends the day. This page covers the four things you can now decide about it, and one thing the console can now do that it could not before.
ServiceService access: case sharing, holiday calendars and permission sets
Service access: case sharing, holiday calendars and permission sets
ServiceSupport API, events and bulk export
Everything an integration needs from the support module: the endpoints for cases, threads, SLA, queues, catalog, entitlements and surveys; event subscriptions signed with retry and replay; a feed you resume by cursor; bulk export of cases and messages; and idempotent import of historical cases from another help desk. Every endpoint has a matching tool on the MCP server.
ServiceMacros, playbooks and agent productivity
Your team writes the same sentence forty times a day, and after the sentence it still has to tag the case, assign it, move it to another queue and schedule the follow-up. This page is about cutting that repetition without hiding what a click does.
IntegrationsConnect E-Gestor ERP and bring customers, products and sales into the CRM
Connect your E-Gestor account with a personal token and bring customers, suppliers, products, services, sales and financial entries into the CRM, without creating duplicates.
ServiceLive conversations: website chat setup, queue, transfer and supervision
Every conversation that arrives now has a **session**: it starts, it waits, someone answers, it can be transferred and it ends. That is what makes a live queue, a transfer with acceptance and supervision possible, including in the website chat, which never had an owner.
ServiceField workforce: resources, crews, shifts, territories and contractors
This article covers everything the field operation needs BEFORE a work order exists: who can go, with what, on which shift, inside which territory, what happens when nobody accepts a job, and how outside contractors are paid and rated.
ServiceService reports, dashboards and alerts
Until now the no-code report builder could only see records: cases, companies, contacts. Everything that lives in a satellite table (satisfaction surveys, calls, time logged on a case, support entitlement usage, AI reply suggestions, incidents, self-service sessions) was out of reach, so questions l
ServiceProblems, changes and internal desks: what lives around the case
The support console answers "what is broken now". Two other questions live around it, and until now there was nowhere to write them down: **why does this keep coming back** (a problem) and **what are we about to change** (a change). Both live in Service extensions, together with the dependency map,
ServiceField service on your phone
The SellioCRM app now carries the work of whoever is out in the field, not just the CRM records.
ServiceVisual case file and unified knowledge search
Turn the photos a customer already sends into a case file with roles, captions, marks and sealed evidence; read a photo with AI as a suggestion, never a verdict; record whether the case was solved remotely; and search your knowledge base, your external sources, your internal documents and your resolved cases in one place, with the origin shown on every result.
ServiceRoster, coverage and redistributing work
Your queues already have opening hours, and your people already say whether they are available. What the product never knew was the third thing: **who is supposed to be covering which queue, and when**. Without that plan there is no adherence, no occupancy, and no answer to "the queue opens at 8am t
Daily usePivot table: build the report by dragging fields
In Reports, the Pivot table tab lets you build a report the way you would in a spreadsheet: drag fields into Rows and Columns, measures into Values, and the matrix appears. It is the way to answer cross questions such as the best selling product by rep, without knowing the name of the grouping and the measure by heart.
Daily useDictate with your voice · speak instead of typing
There is a single microphone, anchored to the field you are in, and it disappears when the focus leaves. Click it or press Ctrl+Shift+D, speak, and the text lands at the cursor. Once the transcription arrives, "Clean up with AI" shows up as a second, separate action that only replaces the dictated passage. The audio is deleted as soon as it becomes text.
BillingPlan allowances: what each edition includes
Account limits (records, pipelines, fields…) and monthly usage allowances (emails, AI tokens, storage, API, automations, marketing contacts, webhooks) of each infrastructure plan, what happens when one is reached and where to track it.
