Account engagement: each customer’s situation and score

See every account classified as Active, At risk or Inactive, with a 0–100 engagement score computed from the activities on record. It mirrors the platform’s engagement-by-organization panel, at the grain of your book of business. Optional and off until an admin turns it on.

The Account engagement screen shows, for each account (company), how recent and how intense the relationship is, based on the activities already logged (calls, meetings, emails, notes and tasks). It is read-only: it creates and changes nothing.

💡 Optional and off by default. An admin turns it on from the screen itself, with the Turn on button. While off, the menu is hidden and nothing is computed.

Situation: Active, At risk, Inactive

The situation comes from the account’s last activity date. Up to 30 days the account is Active; from 30 to 90 days it is At risk; from 90 days (or with no activity at all) it is Inactive. The cards at the top count how many accounts fall in each situation.

Score from 0 to 100

The score combines recency (how recent the last activity was), volume over the last 30 days, breadth (how many different activity types) and total history. Warmer accounts rise to the top of the list. The number is deterministic: same activities, same score.

Cost and margin never appear here: the screen is about the relationship, not the operator’s money.
