How the commission works
30% commission
You earn 30% of what your referred customer actually pays for their infrastructure plan: activation, added users and renewals, on the amount charged.
12-month window
The 12 months count from the referral’s first payment, not from sign-up. As long as they pay within the window, you earn.
Only on settled payments
Commission accrues when the referral’s payment settles, never on a pending invoice. A refund or chargeback reverses the matching commission.
Credit on your plan
The 30% is applied automatically as credit and deducted from your next plan purchase, upgrade or renewal. It is plan credit, not cashable.
No payment, no payout
If your referral stays within the 14 free days and never buys a plan, there is no payout, and that is fine: you only earn on what they actually pay.
Transparent
Your dashboard shows your referrals, each one’s status (signed up, paying, active window) and accrued commissions, all derived from an immutable history.
