Project AI: plan, predict and act with approval
Generate plans from text, break deliverables into subtasks, predict delays and let the agent propose changes for you to approve.
Project AI speeds up planning and tracking. It answers in the language you are using and, like every AI feature, runs metered (it never exposes cost or margin).
Where to find it: in Projects, click "Project AI" at the top of the page. The tabs separate Plan, Forecast, Search, Summary, and Agent. If AI is not active on your account yet, the screen says so clearly instead of failing, and Forecast keeps working because it is a deterministic calculation.
What the AI does
- Generate a plan from text: describe the project and the AI creates the board with phases, tasks and dates.
- Break a deliverable into objective subtasks with one click.
- Predict delay: compares progress with the deadline and classifies each task as on track, at risk or late, with a projected completion date.
- Suggest task priority from deadline, progress and dependencies.
- Search projects and tasks in natural language, with a summary of what was found.
- Summarize project progress in one executive paragraph.
Agent with human approval
The agent turns an instruction into a list of actions (create/update tasks), but NEVER changes anything on its own: it only PROPOSES. You review and approve; only then are the actions applied to the board.
