Managing users
Invite people, set each one's role and activate/deactivate access.
In Settings → Users you manage who has access to the organization and with which role.
Add a user
- Go to Settings → Users.
- Fill in Name and Last name, enter the Email and choose the Role. Job title and Initial password are optional.
- Click Add. The user can now log in with the email and the password set (and update their name, job title, recovery email and password in "My account").
Each user also maintains their own data in "My account" (see the dedicated article).
What is actually required
Only three fields are required: Name, Email and Role. Last name, Job title and Initial password are optional. Name and Last name are stored together and form the full name shown in the user list and everywhere else in the system.
Resending an invite does not reset the password
The "Resend invite" button, on the user row, is there so the invitation email arrives again. It does not take away the access of someone who already uses the system.
- Invitation never completed (the person has not signed in yet, or is still on the temporary password): there is no password of their own to preserve, so the system generates a new temporary password, emails it and shows it on screen for you to pass along.
- Person who already signed in and chose their own password: the email goes out again and the current password keeps working. The screen confirms it with "Invitation resent. The user’s current password was NOT changed." and no new password appears.
Change the role or deactivate
In the user list, change the role in the row selector. Use "Deactivate" to suspend access without deleting the history, and "Activate" to re-enable it.
Unlimited users
There is no user limit. Invite your whole team: as many people as you want, with no per-seat charge and no need to change plans to get more room. The top of the screen shows how many active users you have, just for reference.
