Platform Master (multi-tenant)
The super-admin who manages all the organizations and users, without seeing their data.
Beyond the administrators of each organization (tenant), there is the platform Master: a super-administrator who operates above the tenants, in the Platform Console, which is separate from the CRM.
Management is PER ORGANIZATION. In the organization list, click one to open its panel, with the Overview, Users, License and Logs tabs.
Organization (Overview tab)
- Create an organization already with the first administrator and the standard objects.
- Suspend / reactivate the organization. When suspended, that company's users are prevented from logging in and see a notice to contact the company's support.
- Delete the organization: an irreversible action that erases ALL its data. It requires typing the identifier (slug) to confirm.
Users (per organization)
- See all the organization's users, with role and status.
- Suspend / reactivate a user's access.
- Reset the password and require a change on the next login.
- Remove the user from the organization (if they do not belong to another, the account is deleted).
- Grant or revoke the Master role.
License (per organization)
The Master sees and edits the license: switches the plan, adjusts the number of seats and can BLOCK or UNBLOCK the organization's use of the product. A blocked license prevents the access of that tenant's users.
Logs
All usage events and the platform errors are recorded in the Logs, both per organization (in the Logs tab) and in a global view, with a filter by level (Info, Warning, Error).
What the Master does NOT do
As a matter of privacy, the Master never sees the tenants' business DATA: contacts, opportunities, activities. The Master also does not set the organization's currency (that belongs to the tenant admin). The console uses only the platform tables; the isolation by RLS still applies.
