Company feed: updates, announcements and polls for the team
The Feed is your company's internal social wall. Post updates, make announcements that notify everyone, and run polls with live results. The team reacts with emoji and comments. Everything stays visible only to people in your workspace.
The Feed lives in the Collaboration menu. It is the company noticeboard: a single place to share updates, post notices and hear from the team. Only people in your workspace can see it, and no one outside has access.
Publish
- At the top of the Feed, pick a type: Update (an everyday note), Announcement (an important notice) or Poll (a question with options).
- Write your message and click Publish.
- When you publish an Announcement, everyone in the workspace gets a notification, respecting each person's notification preferences.
Polls
- Choose Poll, write the question and fill in the options. Use Add option to include more.
- A poll needs at least two options.
- Each person has one vote. Voting again changes your choice. Results show as bars, with the percentage of each option and the total number of votes.
React and comment
- Click an emoji below a post to react. Clicking it again removes your reaction; picking another emoji swaps it.
- Click Comments to open the post thread and write a comment. The post author is notified.
Pin a post
- Anyone who manages the workspace settings can Pin a post to keep it at the top of the feed.
- Use Unpin to drop it back into date order.
💡 Each colleague's job title, department and skills live in the resource profile (under Projects, in the resource directory) and in the Teams and Territories tree. The Feed reuses those same people, with no parallel records.
