Change your login email
You can change the email you use to sign in to Sellio yourself, with verification. The system sends a confirmation link to the new address and the change only completes when you click it. In the meantime, your current login keeps working.
Your login email is the address you use to sign in to Sellio. You can change it yourself, in your Account, with a security check: the change only takes effect after you confirm the new address through a link.
How to change it
- Open your Account from your name menu.
- In the profile details, next to the Email field, click Change email.
- Type the new login email and click Send confirmation link.
- Open the inbox of the NEW email and click the confirmation link we sent.
- Done: sign in again using the new email. Your password and all your data stay the same.
💡 The confirmation link expires in 1 hour. If it expires, just request the change again. Until you confirm, your current email keeps working to sign in.
Security
- The link arrives at the NEW address, so only someone with access to it can complete the change.
- We also send a notice to the OLD address. If you did not request the change, ignore the link and change your password to be safe.
- You cannot use an email that already belongs to another account.
