Email confirmation and the 72-hour deadline
When you create an account, you must confirm your email within 72 hours. We send the link right away plus reminders every 12 hours; accounts not confirmed in time are deleted automatically.
To activate your SellioCRM account, you must confirm the email you signed up with. Your organization is created only after confirmation, and you sign in as an administrator.
How to confirm
As soon as you sign up, we send an email with a confirmation button. Click it to activate the account. If you canāt find it, check your spam folder.
Reminders and the 72-hour deadline
- While your email is not confirmed, we send a reminder every 12 hours.
- You have up to 72 hours from signup to confirm.
- Accounts that never confirm an email within 72 hours are deleted automatically to keep the base clean. Since the organization is created only on confirmation, no data is lost.
