Plan allowances: what each edition includes
Account limits (records, pipelines, fields…) and monthly usage allowances (emails, AI tokens, storage, API, automations, marketing contacts, webhooks) of each infrastructure plan, what happens when one is reached and where to track it.
Each infrastructure plan includes a set of account resources (limits for the whole team) and monthly usage allowances. During the 14-day free period none of this applies: access is total. Once a plan is chosen, exactly what the edition includes applies, no more and no less. The order below is always Starter · Professional · Enterprise · Ultimate.

What happens when an allowance is reached
The feature pauses until the month turns (webhooks: the day) and the message shows used and limit. Nothing already done is lost: a campaign is refused before it goes out, a flow enrolls only what still fits, a webhook is skipped and the AI says the user's allowance is spent. Skipped automations and webhooks are logged for the administrator.
AI tokens are the only per-user allowance: each person has their own, and a colleague's is not affected. Only AI on the system key counts; your own key (BYO) is not metered.
Where to track it
- Open Billing.
- Check the Plan usage this month panel, with used × allowance for each item.
- To grow, change edition in the same place: the new allowance applies immediately.
Overage
By default an allowance is a cap: when reached, the feature pauses. With a card on file and overage billing authorized, what exceeds the cap is billed as overage instead of pausing.
