The app for Android and iPhone

SellioCRM has a native app for Android and iPhone that uses the same account as the website. It was built for work away from the desk: looking up and creating records, working the day's tasks, answering conversations, approving requests, checking in on a visit and asking your data questions. Configuration work stays on the website, and the app opens those screens inside itself when you need them.

The SellioCRM app is a native app for Android and iPhone. It is not a website inside a window: the day-to-day screens were built for the phone, with lists that pull to refresh, forms with the right keyboard for each field type and the operating system's own search. The account is exactly the same one you use on the website, with the same permissions: what you cannot see on a computer stays invisible on the phone.

Signing in

  1. Open the app and enter the same email and password you use on the website.
  2. If your organization requires two-step verification, the app asks for the second-factor code right after the password.
  3. That is it: the app opens on Home. There is no separate sign-up and no password different from the web.

The app's language follows your account's language. If you change the language under My account inside the app, the change applies on the website too.

The five tabs

  • Home: the month's summary (open pipeline, weighted pipeline, won this month, win rate, average deal size and target), your base of contacts, companies, leads and opportunities, and the tasks due today, overdue and open.
  • Activities: your task list, with the filters Open, Today, Overdue, Completed and All, a Mine toggle and a button to create an activity (task, call, meeting, email or note).
  • Inbox: the conversations from unified service, by channel (chat, email, SMS, WhatsApp, social or ticket), with replies straight from the phone where the channel allows it.
  • Assistant: the Sellio Assistant on mobile. You can talk to the default assistant or pick one of your organization's active AI agents.
  • More: the full menu, with the objects you have access to, the tools and your account.

Records on the phone

On the More tab, each object your profile can reach appears as a block. Opening an object shows the list with search. A long press on a row enters selection mode: from there you tick several records and use the action bar to transform fields in bulk or delete them. Every record has a detail screen with its filled-in fields, the favorite button, Edit and Delete.

  • Board: objects with a stage field also open as a board. On the phone you do not drag the card: each card has a move button that opens the list of stages. The effect on the data is the same as dragging on the website.
  • Call: when the record has a phone number, the call panel appears, with the call history for that record.
  • Check-in: on companies and contacts, the field visit check-in panel appears, to record that you were there.

Search across everything

Under More, tap Search. Type at least two letters and the app searches every record you have permission to read, on any object, and takes you straight to the one you pick.

Asking your data

Also under More, Ask your data takes a question in plain English and returns an answer calculated from your records, with a small bar ranking. The screen suggests three example questions to get you started. It is a read: the AI changes nothing. Because it uses artificial intelligence, the usage counts toward your organization's consumption metering.

Example: You are heading into a meeting and you type: Pipeline total by stage. The app answers in text and shows the bars per stage, for example Proposal at R$ 180,000 and Negotiation at R$ 95,000.

Approving from the phone

Under More, Approvals lists the pending requests split in two parts: the ones waiting on your decision, with the Approve and Reject buttons, and the ones you submitted, for tracking only. Rejecting asks for confirmation before it saves. It is the classic use case of a manager away from a computer.

Field visits

Under More, Field visits shows the number of visits, time in the field, visits in progress and the history. When you check in you enter the purpose of the visit and the app captures the device's location. If you deny the location permission, the check-in is recorded anyway, without coordinates: nothing gets stuck. When you are finished, use Check out to close the visit and the system calculates the duration.

Tickets

Under More, Tickets opens the service queue with search and an assignment filter. Opening a ticket lets you read the conversation, reply and change its properties, such as status and priority.

Notifications, favorites, trash and your account

  • Notifications: the app shows the unread count under More, and the list lets you mark one or all of them as read. Tapping a notification opens the matching record.
  • Favorites: the records you starred are one tap away.
  • Trash: deleted records appear with the time they have left and a Restore button.
  • My account: name, job title, email signature and language.
  • Talk to the Developer: opens a channel to the team, with the message history.
  • Help: opens the full Help Center.

What opens on the website

Not every feature has a native screen. Under More, Explore modules gathers the full catalog by group: Work and projects, Service, Marketing and revenue, Analytics, Customers and partners, Artificial intelligence and Settings. Modules with no native screen open inside the app itself, already signed in, without asking you to log in again. Each row's icon tells you which is which: an arrow to the right opens native, a link icon opens the website version.

As a product decision, configuration and administration items do not appear in the app's object menu: importing from another CRM, Settings, objects and fields, automations, billing and plans, and the platform console. They are still reachable through the Explore modules catalog when you genuinely need them, but the app is focused on everyday use.

💡 If something you use on the computer is missing from the app, look under More, Explore modules first. If it is still not there, the reason is permissions: the app respects exactly the same access profile as the website.

Frequently asked questions

  • Do I need another subscription to use the app? No. It is the same organization and the same account.
  • Does the app work without internet? No. The screens read and write to the server on every action, so you need a connection.
  • I deleted a record from my phone by accident, now what? Open More, Trash and use Restore within the retention window.
  • Why does it ask for my location? Only to record where a field visit check-in happened. You can decline and the check-in still works.
