Partner portal content and self-service
Publish articles and documents for your partners to see in their portal, and let partners update their own contact details. All optional, by audience, and under your control.
In the partner portal, besides registering deals, partners can read the content you publish and keep their own contact details up to date. You control everything in the CRM, and nothing shows to the partner until you publish it.
Publish articles and documents
- In Partners (PRM), go to Portal content.
- Choose the type: Article (text the partner reads in the portal) or Document (a link to a file).
- Write the title and content (or paste the link), choose the audience (partners, customers, or both), and mark it Published.
- The partner now sees the item in the Materials and documents section of their portal.
Unpublished items stay as drafts and never appear in the portal.
Onboarding via the portal
In Portal content, choose the Onboarding type and write one step per line. The partner sees the list as a checklist in the portal and ticks off each step as they finish, with progress saved.
Self-service details
In the portal, the partner can update their own contact details (trade name, email, phone, website, country, and city). They CANNOT change sensitive data such as tier, status, or commission, which stay under your control.
