Account 360 view and executive feed
The account 360 pulls together in one place what is scattered across contacts and records today: open opportunities and tickets, active contracts, products of interest, objections, risks, engagement, adoption and health. You ask the Sellio assistant for it; the executive feed, with the day's signals, also appears on the Customer success screen.
Before an important meeting somebody always opens five screens: the opportunities, the tickets, the contract, the conversation history and the account's health. The 360 exists to answer all of that at once, without inventing anything: it is an aggregated read of the data already in the CRM.
How to ask for the 360
- Open the company you want to look at.
- Open the Sellio assistant and ask: give me the 360 on this account.
- The assistant consolidates the read and answers in text.
- Ask for detail on whatever matters, for example what the aggregated objections are or which risks are open.
Be explicit about the account when you are on another screen, naming the company. That way the assistant does not have to guess which account you mean.
What the 360 contains
- Open opportunities: name, amount, stage, close date and owner, plus the total open value.
- Open tickets: subject, status and priority.
- Active contracts: name, value, end of term and renewal date.
- Products of interest: the products named on the open opportunities, with how many opportunities mention each one.
- Aggregated objections: the recurring objections extracted from conversations logged with the account's contacts.
- Consolidated risks: gathered from the conversations, the contract and the health score, without repeating the same risk phrased in different ways.
- Engagement: the strength of the relationship, calculated from the account's contacts.
- Adoption: a score from 0 to 100 combining activity recency, onboarding progress and whether there is an active contract.
- Health: the score and the band already calculated by the daily process.
- Recent signals tied to the account, from the most critical to the most recent.
The executive feed
For everyday use, ask the assistant: what are today's executive alerts. The feed pulls together the recent business signals, ordered by severity and then by recency, with counts of critical, warning and informational items.
The same feed has a surface on the Customer success screen, inside the collapsible CS Ops block, alongside open risks, recurring revenue at risk, the renewal pipeline, churn risk by category, per-account risk alerts and retention playbooks. Click the heading to open the block.
Limits and permissions
- There is no page called Account 360. The full read is served by the Sellio assistant; the Customer success screen carries the executive part.
- Everything is read-only. The 360 creates nothing, changes nothing and saves nothing, and it is not stored as a report.
- A section with no data comes back empty. If you do not log conversations, there will be no objections; if you do not use tickets, the list will be zero. Nothing is fabricated to fill space.
- The 360 respects organization isolation and your role's permissions: you see only the accounts and fields you have access to.
- Talking to the assistant consumes the organization's AI usage, metered by the administrator.
Common questions
- The assistant said the account was not found. Confirm the company name; accounts with the same name or deleted records cause that.
- Health came back empty. The score is only calculated for companies of type Customer, and it depends on the daily recalculation having run.
- The objections came back empty. They come from conversations logged with the account's contacts. With no conversation logged, there is nothing to aggregate.
- The executive feed is empty. Signals are generated from business events, and that depends on the administrator having turned on event recording for the organization.
- Can I export the 360? Not as a finished document. Copy the assistant's answer or build a report over the objects you care about.
