Generate an image with AI and attach it to a record
When the image generator is on, you describe the image you want and AI creates it on the spot. You can attach the generated image straight to the record, handy for campaign banners, posts and marketing material.
AI image generation shows up in the Attachments panel of a record, but only when the feature is turned on for your account. If you do not see the generate image field, the image provider has not been set up by operations yet. In that case, talk to whoever administers the platform.
How to generate
- Open a record and go to the Attachments section.
- In the Generate image with AI block, write a prompt describing the image, for example "summer campaign banner, blue tones, modern".
- Click Generate and wait for the image to appear.
- If you like the result, click Attach to record. The image becomes a normal attachment, with download and history.
You can generate again with a different prompt as many times as you like until you get the right image. Only the images you attach are kept on the record.
💡 Image generation uses AI and is metered, like the other AI actions in the system. Clear, specific descriptions tend to give better results. The generator does not grant usage rights: review the image before you publish it.
