Company group (multi-entity): structure, branding, sharing and consolidated view

Run several legal companies in a single workspace: build the group hierarchy, give each company its own branding, share records between them with control, see the parent and subsidiary map, and analyze everything consolidated without double counting.

Multi-entity mode lets a single CRM workspace run several legal companies (a holding with subsidiaries, or a group with branches), keeping each company isolated when needed and consolidated when useful. It is optional: while it is off, nothing changes.

Build the group

Under Settings, in Organizational structure, you register each legal company with its hierarchy (parent and subsidiaries), functional currency, timezone and language. Each user can have a default company and pipeline, so they open in the right context.

Branding per company

Each company in the group can have its own logo and branding, applied automatically to the documents it issues, such as invoices and proposals. So subsidiary A and subsidiary B deliver documents with their own look.

Share records between companies

By default each company sees only its own data. When it makes sense to collaborate, the owner of a record (account, contact or opportunity) can share it with another company in the group, granting read or edit access. The other company can also request access, and the request goes into an approval queue. Access can be revoked at any time.

Account map and duplicate warning

  • The account map shows the customer economic group as a tree: parent, subsidiaries and the related opportunities.
  • When you register a customer, if it already exists in another company in the group (same tax id/VAT, domain, email or phone), a warning appears and offers to request access, without exposing the other company data.

Global and local relationship

An account or contact can be global (shared across the group) or have a local variation per company, in the hybrid model configured under Settings, Relationships. This avoids re-registering the same customer while still allowing company-specific data.

Consolidated view

In reports and the dashboard you choose the level: local (only your company), hierarchical (the company and its subsidiaries) or consolidated (the whole group), with drill-down from Group to Company, Unit and Team. Records that appear in more than one company (the same mirrored opportunity) count only once, avoiding double counting.

💡 Amounts in different currencies are converted to the group base currency in the consolidated view, using the period rate.
