Interface guide: where everything is (shortcuts and new paths)

The interface was redesigned to be cleaner and faster. This guide shows the new paths: the command palette (⌘K), the "More" menu that groups secondary actions, the tabs on a record screen, filters as removable chips, and search inside Settings.

After the redesign, some actions moved to make each screen cleaner. Nothing was removed, only reorganized. Here are the main paths.

Search and jump fast (⌘K / Ctrl+K)

Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) from any screen to open the command palette. Type to find a record by name or email, or to jump straight to a module or a Settings page. If what you typed is a natural-language request (for example "create a task to call Acme tomorrow"), pick "Ask AI" at the bottom of the palette: the text goes straight to the assistant, which runs the command. Actions that write something ask for your confirmation first.

Secondary actions in the "More" menu

To keep the primary action prominent, each screen groups its secondary actions in a "⋯ More" menu. For example, on a record list, Export, Import and Duplicates now live under "More", and the highlighted button is "New".

Tabs on a record screen

When you open a contact, company or opportunity, the form stays on the left and the right-side panels are organized into tabs: Overview, Related, Activity and AI. Click a tab to see each group (before, everything was stacked on one long page).

Filters as removable chips

When you filter a list (for example, by clicking a pipeline stage), the active filter appears as a chip above the list, with an × to remove it. "Clear" removes them all at once.

Settings: search instead of scrolling

The Settings hub has a search box at the top and is grouped by category. You can also reach any Settings page from the ⌘K palette.

"For you now": the next right move

The dashboard shows a "For you now" band, and each record shows a "Next action" card. Without you having to look for it, they surface the best next move on each deal that is yours: a pending follow-up, a risk signal (a slipping close date, a competitor mentioned) or a recommendation. Where it makes sense, one tap on "Do it" schedules the task (you confirm first). The band only shows what is yours to handle, and disappears when there is nothing pending.

On the record there is also a "Best time to reach out" card: based on your response history, it suggests the day, the time of day and the channel with the most replies, and one tap on "Schedule at best time" creates the task for the next recommended slot (you confirm first). If there is not enough history yet, the card does not appear (we never make up a time). When a follow-up is overdue, a "Copy draft" button hands you a ready message to review and send.

💡 At the top of deeper screens a breadcrumb shows where you are, and the current item in the side menu is highlighted with a colored bar. Clicking the Sellio logo returns to the dashboard from anywhere.
