Delete the organization (close the account)

An admin can close their own organization in Settings → Organization, in the Danger zone. It is irreversible: it erases every record, user and setting. Before deleting, we ask for a reason and a comment, and you confirm by typing the exact company name.

If you are an admin of the organization, you can close it yourself, without contacting support. The option is in Settings → Organization, at the bottom of the page, in a red card called Danger zone. Only people allowed to manage the settings of their own tenant can see this card.

What happens when you delete

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It erases all of the organization data: records, contacts, opportunities, users, settings and history. Users who belonged only to this organization are removed, and their emails become free to sign up again later.

1. Open Settings → Organization and scroll to the Danger zone at the bottom.
2. Click Delete this organization.
3. Choose a reason for leaving and write a comment (the comment is required).
4. Type the EXACT name of your company to confirm. The delete button only enables once the name matches.
5. Confirm. Your session ends and you return to the login screen.

The reason and comment you leave help us improve the product. They are used only internally by our team and never appear to other organizations.
