Publish to X (Twitter), TikTok and YouTube

Publish and schedule posts to your X, TikTok and YouTube accounts straight from the CRM. These are BYO connectors: you paste your access token, enable it, and only then do they work. Credentials are encrypted and never shown back. No cost from us.

These three connectors follow the same model as the others: you use your own account (BYO). Open Settings and then Integrations, find the card, paste the access token (always encrypted) and enable it. Until it is configured and enabled, nothing happens. You can publish right away or schedule from the posts calendar, and the CRM publishes at the set time.

X (Twitter)

Publishes a text post (tweet) to your X account. The optional link is appended to the text, and X builds the card automatically.

  1. In the X developer portal, generate an OAuth2 user access token with the tweet.write scope.
  2. On the X (Twitter) card, paste the token (and your @ for display, if you want), save and enable it.
  3. Write the text, add a link if you want and click Publish.
💡 Image or video upload through X is not included (it uses a separate chunked upload API). If the token expires, paste a fresh one. The tweet respects the 280 character limit.

TikTok

Publishes a video or photo to your TikTok from a public media URL. TikTok has no text-only post, so the media URL is required.

  1. In your TikTok Content Posting API app, generate an access token with the video.publish scope.
  2. On the TikTok card, paste the token, save and enable it.
  3. Write the caption, provide the public URL of the video (mp4) or photo (jpg/png) and click Publish.
💡 TikTok processes the publish asynchronously and returns a publish identifier. Apps not yet audited by TikTok publish with restricted visibility until the audit is completed.

YouTube

Publishes or schedules a video you have ALREADY uploaded to your channel. The CRM does not upload the video file: you paste the link or ID of a channel video, and we make it public and update its description from the post text.

  1. Upload the video to your YouTube channel as usual (it can be private or unlisted).
  2. Generate an OAuth2 access token with the youtube scope and paste it into the YouTube card; save and enable it.
  3. Paste the video link or ID, write the description and click Publish. To schedule, use the posts calendar.

None of these costs anything from us: the account and credentials are yours. If publishing fails, check that the token has not expired and has the right scope; on YouTube, also check that the video belongs to the credential's channel.
