Contacts timeline: who you need to reconnect with
See, in one place, which contacts you have not spoken with for too long. Each contact has a cadence (how often you want to stay in touch) and the screen shows who is overdue, who is due soon, and who has never been contacted.
The contacts timeline helps you never forget a relationship. It compares the time since your last contact with each person against the cadence you want to keep, and highlights who needs attention now.
How the status is calculated
The last touch is the most recent completed activity linked to that contact (a call, meeting, email, or task you marked as done). Based on it and the cadence, each contact gets a status:
- Overdue (red): the cadence has already passed since the last contact.
- Due (amber): it is getting close to time to reach out again.
- In touch (green): you spoke within the cadence.
- Never (gray): there is no interaction recorded with this contact.
Per-contact or default cadence
You set the cadence in two ways. On each contact record, the Keep-in-touch frequency (days) field says how often you want to stay in touch with that specific person. When the contact has no value there, the screen uses the default cadence you pick at the top of the timeline.
Using the list
The screen lists the most urgent first (overdue at the top, then those coming due). Click a contact name to open the record and log the next touch. As you complete activities, the status updates on its own.
Timeline view (grouped by company)
The "Timeline" tab plots the activities of each contact on a ruler of months (Pipedrive style). To handle large bases without freezing or cutting off contacts, it starts GROUPED by company: each card shows the company, how many contacts had activity in the period, and when the last one was.
- Choose the period (3, 6, or 12 months) in the top right corner.
- Use the search to find a company by name.
- Click a company to open the timeline of ALL its contacts (without cutting any off).
- Inside the company, filter by contact name and by activity types (call, meeting, email, task...). Select contacts and send a group email. Use "Companies" to go back.
