Public status page and publishing incidents
The status page (status.selliocrm.com) shows the public the health of each product component, the last 90 days of uptime and the incident history. An automatic monitor checks the components every few minutes and the operator publishes incidents and maintenance windows. Visitors can subscribe to updates by email.
The status page is public and lives at status.selliocrm.com. It shows, in real time, whether each product component is operational, degraded, down or under maintenance, with a 90-day uptime bar per component and the incident history.
How status is measured
- An automatic monitor (probe) checks each component every few minutes: database, API, web app, AI, email and integrations.
- Each check becomes a history point, and the share of healthy checks over the last 90 days is the uptime shown.
- When a component leaves operational, an urgent alert is emailed to the operator right away.
Publish an incident (operator)
- In the platform console, open the Status tab.
- Under Publish incident, write a title, pick the impact and the affected component (optional) and the initial message.
- As it evolves, add updates changing the state (investigating, identified, monitoring) and, at the end, click Resolve.
