ABM and Target Accounts新着
Selling to a company is not selling to a person: there are several people, with different roles, opinions and influence, and the account that deserves your time is not always the one shouting loudest. Most CRMs deliver ABM as a label in a field. SellioCRM delivers four connected engines: an ideal customer profile (ICP) learned from the deals you won, a target-account ranking with score, tier and the reasons in plain text, a buying committee with roles, sentiment, coverage and win probability, and the account journey, which enrolls every contact (or just the committee) in a sequence at once. All from internal data, with no external intent provider.
- ICP learned from won customers by industry, size, tier and revenue band, with a 0 to 100 fit
- Target accounts ranked by fit, open pipeline, engagement, committee and recency, in tiers A, B and C
- Buying committee on the record: roles, sentiment, influence, coverage and win probability
- Account journey: enroll the whole account or just the committee in a sequence without duplicating anyone
- The ABM & Process screen plus the AI assistant answering fit, priority and coverage in natural language

ICP, prioritization, committee and account journey are in the free plan; only questions to the AI assistant consume usage, metered on your account and within the US$ 20 monthly cap.
Stop guessing the ideal customer
The ICP comes from real wins and shows each account's fit with the dimensions that matched.
An account list with order and reasons
Tiers A, B and C with the reasons beside them, so the team opens the week knowing where to start.
No opportunity with a single contact
Committee coverage shows when a decision maker, buyer or sponsor is missing before the proposal stalls.
The right approach for each person
Sentiment and influence become a suggested approach per stakeholder, from champion to detractor.
The whole account in motion
Bulk enrollment puts all the right contacts into the sequence at once, with no duplicates and no spreadsheet.
The ICP is not configured by hand: it is the real distribution of your won customers' firmographics, and with no wins the engine says there is no profile instead of inventing one
Every ranked account comes with readable reasons (fit, open pipeline, activities in 90 days, mapped stakeholders, recency), not just a number
Committee coverage checks key roles held as data (decision maker, buyer and sponsor) and points out the champion and the blocker, with a derived win probability
Account enrollment is idempotent: running it again enrolls nobody twice, and anyone already in an active sequence is skipped
An ideal customer profile that explains itself
The ICP engine looks at the companies you won and builds, per dimension, the distribution of industry, size, tier and revenue band. It then scores any account by how closely it matches that profile, from 0 to 100, showing which dimensions matched and how many wins the profile rests on. Ask the assistant what this account's fit is and you get the number with the justification.
Where to invest time first
The ABM & Process screen ranks target accounts by a score combining fit, open pipeline value, recent engagement, committee coverage and recency of the last activity, and classifies each as tier A, B or C. The reasons appear in plain text beside each row. The same screen brings funnel process mining, pointing out rubber-stamp stages, bottlenecks and drop-off.
Who decides, who supports, who blocks
On the opportunity or company record, the Buying committee panel takes each contact with a role (decision maker, influencer, user, buyer, approver, sponsor, detractor, legal, finance), sentiment and degree of influence. Role coverage shows what is missing, Win probability sums up the picture, and each stakeholder gets a suggested approach. Through the assistant, the area view groups the committee by department with each area's champion and blocker.
The journey at account grain
Sequences and automations run per contact; the account journey rolls all of that up to the company: who is in which sequence, at which step, who has already replied. And bulk enrollment puts the whole account, or just the buying committee, into a sequence with one command. The account plan gets a briefing with what the system already knows (360 view, committee and journey) without writing on the account owner's behalf.
- 1
Win deals with company firmographics filled in: the ICP forms from them, with no configuration.
- 2
Open ABM & Process to see each account's fit, the target-account ranking with tier and reasons, and the funnel's process signals.
- 3
On the opportunity or company record, build the Buying committee with each contact's role, sentiment and influence.
- 4
Watch Role coverage and Win probability and follow the suggested approach for each stakeholder.
- 5
Enroll the whole account or just the committee in a sequence and follow the account journey through the AI assistant.
Building the quarter's target-account list
Open ABM & Process, filter tier A and bring the team the accounts with the highest fit, pipeline and engagement, reasons already written.
A large proposal stuck on someone's desk
The Buying committee shows no decision maker is mapped; the team identifies who decides, records the role and gets the suggested approach.
An expansion campaign across the customer base
Enroll the chosen accounts in a sequence at once, committee only, and follow the journey per account.
Understanding why the funnel is slow
Process mining on the same screen points to the bottleneck stage and where opportunities drop off.
Do I need to configure the ideal customer profile?
No. The ICP is learned from won deals by industry, size, tier and revenue band. With no wins yet, the screen says there is no basis instead of inventing a profile.
What goes into the priority score?
Fit, open pipeline value, activities in the last 90 days, stakeholders mapped in the committee and recency of the last activity, normalized within the set to rank relatively.
Which roles does the buying committee recognize?
Decision maker, influencer, user, buyer, approver, sponsor, detractor, legal and finance, each with sentiment and influence. The key roles checked by coverage are data and can be adjusted.
Do you use external buying-intent data?
No. Everything is computed from your CRM's internal data. Intent signals from external providers are not included.
Does enrolling an account twice duplicate the contacts?
No. Account enrollment removes duplicates by email and skips anyone already in an active sequence.
