Favorites, a trash with restore and global search close the loop. On the record, quick actions call, open WhatsApp or email, and the record's activities and attachments live right there.
Support and schedule in your pocket
The inbox brings together email, SMS, WhatsApp, chat, social messages and tickets with filters, long-press actions, AI-suggested replies and delivery and read receipts. The calendar shows the month with markers and the day as a list, creates an activity at the right time, completes, reschedules and joins the meeting. Team chat offers direct conversations and groups with mentions and unread counts.
Built for people on the road
Field visits record check-in and check-out with the device's position, without creating two visits on a double tap. Camera and gallery send the photo straight to the record's attachments, through the same secure path as the web. One-tap calling uses the phone dialer or click-to-call from your telephony account, and the activity list tells you what to do next.
Tablet, languages and account
On iPad and Android tablets, the navigation bar moves to the side, Home gets more columns and the main screens split list and detail. The interface is available in 10 languages, reviewed by native speakers, and follows the account language. On the Account screen you change language and profile, manage two-step verification and can delete your own account or the organization.

Which languages are available?

Can I delete my account from the app?
Yes. The Account screen lets you delete your own account and, for administrators, the organization.
