Lead Scoring全新
A lead score is usually a number nobody can explain. In SellioCRM Lead Scoring every point has a rule you wrote. Profile rules add points when a field has a value, such as Source equals Referral. Behavior rules add points for each email open, click, page view or form submission. The score is recalculated when the record is saved and whenever a new marketing event happens. With two thresholds the lead becomes an MQL and then an SQL with no manual work, and with routing bands a lead that heats up moves to whoever should handle it.
- Profile rules: when a field has a value, add or subtract points
- Behavior rules: points for each email open, click, page view or form submission
- Recalculated when the record is saved and on every new marketing event
- Automatic promotion to MQL and SQL by threshold, which never demotes
- Routing by score band: from X points on, the lead goes to a defined owner

Priority that explains itself
Anyone on the team can say where a lead's points came from, rule by rule.
Marketing and sales on the same number
Profile and behavior feed the same score, and the MQL and SQL thresholds become a written agreement between the two teams.
减少人工操作
The stage moves up on its own when the score crosses the threshold, with nobody reviewing lists.
Hot leads in the right hands
Routing bands hand the lead that heated up to whoever should close it.
Always current
Every email open, click or form submission recalculates the score instantly.
Each behavior rule has an internal cap on events, so someone opening the same email twenty times does not dominate the score
Promotion only goes up: a score that later drops never sends the lead back to an earlier stage
Routing bands only act when the score changes and only if the band's owner is an active member; with no bands, the usual round robin applies
Page views only score with behavioral tracking enabled in Privacy, so the score respects consent
Rules you can read out loud
In Settings, Lead scoring, each rule is a sentence: when Source is Referral, add 30; for each form submitted, add 15. Points can be negative to penalize, and rules apply to leads and contacts.
Profile plus behavior
A profile rule looks at the record. A behavior rule counts that record's marketing events: email open, click, page view and form submission. Both add into the same score, and behavior has a cap per rule so it never swallows the profile.
MQL and SQL without a click
Set the score that promotes to MQL and the one that promotes to SQL. When the score crosses the threshold, the lead's Status or the contact's Lifecycle stage moves up on its own. Leave a threshold blank to turn that promotion off.
From SDR to senior, by band
In the Lead routing by score section, each band has a from value and an owner. When the score is recalculated and reaches a band, the lead is reassigned to its owner; if it reaches more than one, the highest band wins.
- 1
Open Settings, Lead scoring.
- 2
Create profile rules: field, value and points.
- 3
Create behavior rules: event and points per event.
- 4
Set the MQL and SQL thresholds for automatic promotion.
- 5
Build the routing bands by score with an owner for each.
Referrals are worth more
Source equals Referral adds 30; each email open, 5; each form submitted, 15. A referred lead who opened two emails and submitted one form reaches 55.
From MQL to SQL
MQL threshold at 40 and SQL at 70. A lead with 45 points becomes an MQL; at 75, an SQL. If it drops, it stays an SQL.
A ladder of ownership
From 0 it goes to the SDR; from 50, to the account executive; from 90, to the senior rep.
Penalize the wrong fit
Segment equals Student subtracts 40 points, and the lead leaves the front of the queue with nobody filtering.
When is the score recalculated?
When the record is saved and whenever a new marketing event for that record happens: email open, click, page view or form submission.
Can the score demote a lead from SQL to MQL?
No. Promotion only goes up. If the score later drops, the stage stays.
Do page views always count?
Only with behavioral tracking enabled in Settings, Privacy.
Does routing by band apply to contacts?
No. It applies only to leads, and only when the score changes. With no bands configured, the usual round robin applies.
Can a single behavior dominate the score?
No. Each behavior rule has an internal cap on the events it counts.
