Migrate from Salesforce to SellioCRM
Connect your Salesforce account, preview what will happen, and bring everything over with relationships intact. Nothing is written without your confirmation, and every import can be undone.
Create a Connected App in your Salesforce org (Setup, App Manager), enter the Client ID and Secret and authorize through login.salesforce.com, test.salesforce.com or your My Domain. You get contacts, accounts, opportunities, products, activity history, opportunity stages as a pipeline, users, and the files (Files and legacy attachments) on each record.

Authorization inside the CRM itself
Connection with your own Connected App (api, refresh_token and offline_access scopes); sandbox and My Domain are accepted as the login URL.
Salesforce has a daily API call limit; if it is reached, the import pauses and resumes on its own the next day, without counting a failure.
Connect your Salesforce account using whatever it offers (authorization inside the CRM, an API key, or your own app). The credential is stored encrypted and can be revoked at any time.
Click Discover data: SellioCRM reads which objects exist in Salesforce, how many records each one has and which fields, including custom ones. Nothing is imported in this step.
Map the fields: AI proposes where each Salesforce field should go, with a confidence score. A field with no equivalent can become a new field with one click. You review and approve.
Review the preview: a sample from the source goes through the approved mapping and shows what would be created, updated and skipped, without writing anything. A readiness card warns you if a key field was left without a source.
Start the import and follow the progress. When it finishes, read the field-by-field check, turn on continuous sync if you want to keep mirroring Salesforce, and undo everything with one click if needed.
Switching CRMs is usually the most expensive and risky part of any change: exporting spreadsheets, reconciling fields, losing history. In SellioCRM, migrating from Salesforce is a guided wizard. You connect your account, the system discovers your objects, fields and even custom fields on its own, proposes the mapping with AI help, and shows how many records would be created and updated before anything is written. The import runs in the background and every record keeps the identity it had in Salesforce, so re-importing or syncing never duplicates. When it finishes, a field-by-field check shows what arrived and what was left out, and one click undoes everything if you want to start over.
Preview before writing
The preview applies the approved mapping to a real sample and shows how many records would be created, updated and skipped, with examples. Nothing is written in this step.
Re-importing never duplicates
Every imported record keeps the key it had at the source. Running again, fixing the map and importing once more, or leaving sync on always updates the same record instead of creating another.
Full undo
On the import card, Undo removes the records the migration created, returns the updated ones to their previous state, and deletes the files imported with them. It is your safety net.
Field-by-field check
When the import finishes, the system compares, for every mapped field, how many records had a value at the source and how many ended up with a value here. Total loss, partial loss and what was deliberately left out show up in the Imports list and in your notifications.
Attachments last, at the right pace
Files come in the final phase, after records, history, pipelines and owners. If the daily API quota runs out, the phase pauses, the screen says until when, and it resumes on its own without touching what already came in. Up to 20 files per record and 25 MB per file; anything beyond that is counted, never silently lost.
Do I need to export spreadsheets from Salesforce?
No. You connect your account and SellioCRM reads the data straight from the Salesforce API. No CSV and no manual reconciliation.
Vais-je perdre l’historique ou les relations ?
No. Companies come in before contacts, and contacts before deals, so every deal points to the right company and contact. Activity history lands on the record it belonged to.
What about the custom fields I created in Salesforce?
Discovery reads every field at the source, custom ones included. On the mapping screen each one can go to an existing field, become a new field with one click, or stay out, and the summary shows how many were left without a destination.
Et si j’importe quelque chose par erreur ?
Before writing, the preview shows what would happen. Afterwards, one click undoes the whole import. If you would rather fix the map and import again, nothing duplicates: records are updated through their link to the source.
Can I migrate gradually without stopping the operation?
Yes. After the first load, turn on Keep in sync: from time to time SellioCRM brings what changed in Salesforce and updates the matching records. You work in both and flip the switch when you are ready.
Cela coûte-t-il un supplément ?
Migration is part of the CRM, which is free. It stays free as long as your infrastructure usage always stays below US$ 20 per month; beyond that, you pay for the month's usage, just like the rest of the product.
