Saved views (named filters)
Build a filter on the list, save it with a name and reuse it whenever you want, either personal or shared with the team.
On the list of any object (Contacts, Companies, Leads, Opportunities...) you can build a filter and save it with a name to return to it with one click.
Build a filter
- Click "Filter", choose a field, the operator and (if needed) the value. It is applied instantly.
- Operators: = (equals), ≠ (does not equal), contains (text), > < ≥ ≤ (numbers/dates), empty and filled.
- Add as many filters as you want; each becomes a tag you can remove with the "✕".
- The "All" bar at the top clears all filters.
Save and reuse
- With the filter built, click "Save view" and give it a name (e.g. "Opportunities in negotiation").
- The view now appears in the views bar, and one click applies all its filters.
- To remove one of your views, click the "✕" next to the name.
A view stores more than the filters: it also remembers the SORT order and the COLUMNS you left visible on the list (via the "Columns" button). When you apply the view, the list comes back with exactly those columns, in that order. This is handy for keeping a "prospecting view" and a "closing view", each with the right columns.
Personal or shared
By default the view is personal (only you see it). Administrators can check "Share" when saving: the view (with 👥) becomes available to the whole team. Only those who manage settings can create or delete shared views.
