Customer must not submit regulated or highly sensitive data unless the applicable agreement expressly permits it. Prohibited or restricted data may include payment card data, protected health information, classified information, government secrets, export-controlled technical data, children's data, private keys, production passwords, seed phrases, access tokens, secrets, and other data not required for the intended CRM purpose.
Customer must minimize, redact, pseudonymize, or avoid sensitive data where feasible.
6. CRM Data and Communications Restrictions

7. AI Feature Misuse
Customer must not use AI Features to generate, facilitate, or conceal unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, harmful, unsafe, or privacy-violating activity.
Customer must not use AI Features to generate phishing, impersonation, fraudulent outreach, deceptive sales messages, unlawful profiling, unlawful automated decisions, or communications that violate applicable consent, opt-out, telemarketing, or anti-spam rules.
Customer must not attempt to reverse engineer, extract, copy, reconstruct, or bypass models, prompts, embeddings, training data, weights, system instructions, safeguards, or non-public methods.
8. Spam, Abuse, and Deliverability

SellioCRM may throttle, block, suspend, or terminate email, messaging, automation, domains, senders, integrations, or Accounts that create deliverability risk, provider risk, legal risk, reputational risk, or excessive complaints, bounces, or abuse reports.
9. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Rights
Customer must not use the Services to infringe, misappropriate, or violate intellectual property, publicity, privacy, confidentiality, database, contractual, or other rights of SellioCRM or third parties.

11. Excessive Use and Platform Integrity
Customer must not use the Services in a manner that creates excessive load, excessive Infrastructure Charges, service degradation, unfair resource consumption, abnormal API traffic, abusive automations, excessive imports or exports, or disproportionate provider costs.
SellioCRM may apply quotas, rate limits, fair-use limits, technical controls, billing thresholds, throttling, or other restrictions to protect the Services and maintain a sustainable free-core CRM model.
12. Vulnerability Reporting
Customers and researchers may report suspected vulnerabilities to contact@selliocrm.com. Reports must be made in good faith, must avoid privacy violations, data destruction, disruption, extortion, public disclosure before remediation, and access to data beyond what is necessary to confirm the vulnerability.
13. Enforcement
SellioCRM may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, disable features, restrict usage, throttle traffic, suspend communications, suspend integrations, suspend Accounts, terminate access, report unlawful activity, or take other appropriate action.
Customer remains responsible for Infrastructure Charges, losses, claims, and damages arising from prohibited use.
